You can’t do this because menu will not open if it doesn’t change opacity

I can’t see that you used method as described in documentation for making custom footer. For me, it looks like there is unclosed tag somewhere in footer.
Safe way is not using Elementor theme builder. Instead of this, make Elementor template, copy shortcode of it and use in Appearance – widgets – full width Bottom footer area

How do you plan to use Gutenberg inside Elementor? If you use Elementor, then better to make blocks in Elementor. For Gutenberg, Greenshift plugin is bundled with theme and it has Row block

Currently, I can’t help with this because it’s bug of bundled bonus plugin which is provided as is, without support. But in settings of plugin, you can disable ajax, this will help to solve ajax related issues

I have removed the title but there is white space in between the page color and header.

You can’t disable shortcode just for one post. You can do opposite, enable shortcode just for one post (or category, tag)
