Hi, with new version, Elementor editor it´s not loading. I mean, when trying to edit the homepage it keeps loading the left sidebar of elementos and doesn´t allow me to make changes. I doesn´t allow me to save the changes.

I have purchased this theme and my experience importing the demo has not been great. First, the demo import displays error, so I had import several times.
The menu items are looking distorted, especially the drop down menu by the name sider and drop down menu under Home are all distorted.
Please, provide workable solution to these issues, so customers don’t regret buying your template.

I seem to have two serious problems in set up https://www.l3ssons.com/ : 1) Login doesn’t work. I tried it yesterday, and the modal window appeared, but when logging in or registering it showed ‘username not correct’ or something like that—but the user did register, it seems. But today, the modal window doesn’t even appear. 2) The link at the top right, ‘How it Works’ used to link to https://www.l3ssons.com/portfolio-timeline-vertical/ but this page seems to have disappeared completely. I can’t find it anywhere in the WP pages or templates. Odd.
I may take on support from Kraken, but I want to make sure this thing isn’t dead in the water.

I want to make an offer. Right now you don’t have a place where I can paste the google analytics code. I will have to insert it either on every page manually – it’s very inconvenient. Or I can go into the theme files and manually insert the analytics code there – there is a problem that when updating the theme, the codes will have to be inserted again. I think you can use a plugin to add Google Analytic support. For example this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/
I know about plugins, but you understand that they can be abandoned. Therefore, the best solution is to insert JS codes in your theme. Your customers will be happy))
The best pratice when building theme is not adding specific functionality as theme main purpose is to handle design & layout.
For functionalities, it should be included in plugin. This is an idustry standard.

I bought this theme becuase its RTL and support Hebrew but suddenly there is alot of functions that isnot supported i told dotlife support that ill help for free just fix the Issues or remove arabic and hebrew for supported languge and RTL becuase this theme 100% not support it like u can see my site www.deansahar.com u can extend my support so ill help u for FREE!!! to make the theme RTL becuase i not going to pay 50$ and my time for helping u cover what u said “RTL supported & Hebrew and Arabic supported”....

Hi, I bought the theme some time ago. Recently I deleted my old website, created a new one on a new domain and I have a problem registering the theme again. A window popped up saying that Purchase code is already registered to another domain, which is not. Before, I have been removing and creating new websites several times, and I had no problem with registering the theme again. This is the only website with this theme I’m using. I’ll be thankful for your help.
