i bought your Aztec theme and building the website .. how do i prevent registered and logged in users who have not bought any plan to not watch the video but give them the restriction and lock on the videos until they choose a plan.

Also.. would you know how to integrate the videos to places such as Roku and Amazon tv? i realise that is probably abit of a customisation request (happy to pay if possible) But that would make for an awesome wordpress theme if so! Maybe that has to be done via apps i am not really sure.
Sorry but there is no App included with our theme. This is strictly a WordPress theme. That being said there are many tutorials online should you want to create an App version like so: https://wpengine.com/resources/converting-wordpress-site-into-mobile-app/ Please note that this would be up to you if you wanted to integrate this.
Thanks. i am not sure if an app is needed for the roku set up etc. I am just guessing really. I think there used to be plugins that would allow wp to connect upto places like Roku so it can be set up like a proper ott site. Where people could access it on places like amazon or roku and it would link with things like wpsmart tv. i am just not sure how to do it all and wondered if there was a way. If this site had a way of ott services integration that would be amazing
Our theme is for WordPress. If you wanted to add additional support for Roku beyond the internet browser that would likely require a plugin.

Our theme includes the membership plugin ARMember. We highly recommend using ARMember for membership. Technically yes you can use another membership plugin. However the membership sections of course will not match (Pricing plans, registration, user management, login pop-up, etc.)

Hi, one presale question. In your demo there are only “watch trailer” on the top of the home screen in the slider. Is there an option to also put videos there, that are full length and not a trailer?
Yes, you can link to full length videos via the trailer button. You have full control over the trailer button text and what it is linked to.

Thank you very much for the quick answer. I still have one final question. I am currently working with another external payment processor and will only switch to Stripe/Paypal next year. Can I basically turn off ARMember completely, and work through another compatible plugin (which I already have)?
Yes, ARMember can be turned off completely without issues. All of the video lists, sliders, ratings, etc. are part of the themes functionality. If you are using another plugin, then that is possible. However it will of course not have the same features as ARMember ( Login, registration, pricing plans, etc.). We recommend using ARMember whenever possible.

I just purchased this template about a week ago. I am trying to activate my ARMember license as it states “ARMember License is not activated. Please activate license from here.” I read previous comment indicating the this feature does not need activation but if that was the case, why is it asking for license activation? and since it is, how do you activate it?
Once you install the theme and recommended plugins, you are good to go. None of our themes require licenses to activate. You receive the full version of ARMember with our theme, there are no additional purchases needed.

Hello, can a user play a video series one after the other like in Netflix without pushing play every time? Meaning there is a play next auto system. Also is there a way to have a page where videos play from inside the page without opening a new video window pop up? The reason is I need this for music videos. Thanks.
Sorry but there is no autoplay next episode option. Adding this would limit the players that users can use so we do not have plans on adding this functionality. If this is a feature you require, we suggest hiring a developer to help you implement it.

1) There is built-in support for: PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, 2Checkout, Bank Transfer. And here is a list of premium add-ons for even more options: Square, Skrill, Mollie, Paystack, Pagseguro, PayUMoney, Online Worldpay, Razorpay, Payfast. Adding payment methods is not supported.
2) Our custom player has support built-in for .mp4, .mp3, Youtube, & Vimeo. If you want to use a different file-type, that can be achieved by using a third party video player. Our theme will work great with any player as long as it has WordPress support OR embed code.
3) We do not have IMDB support. The data must be entered via WordPress.
4) Yes, our theme is optimized for SEO. If you wanted to add social links/sharing, that can easily be added as well.

presale question: Can this theme be customize to automatically play videos without the watch trailer button? Also can the player play videos one after another? Or is it just one video at a time?
The demo shows the only way that videos will play. Clicking play is going to be required to play the videos using the default player. Technically you could embed a video player with autoplay which would work. That being said most tablet/mobile devices will block autoplay regardless. In terms of videos, you can only play one video at a time.

Yes, the theme comes with a header/footer builder. You can edit both of these via templates in Elementor. All normal pages are edited via Elementor. However dynamic content like the pricing plans, forms, and video post are not edited via Elementor.
