HOW CAN I FIX THIS??
This is an expensive product, the least it should do is towork properly.

This is usually due to the new block based widgets require more resources so please check this article about it here, also you can always try to Download and activate the Classic Widgets plugin in your site dashboard so that the plugin will disable all the blocks widgets function and bring back the old widgets option or remove all the widgets that you are using and add all the new blocks in the Theme.

I have been trying to unsuccessfully contact you several times. I am not able to change the main logo on the template provided. It looks like the functionality in the section Backpack traveler options – branding is not working properly. Even after uploading my logo the website displays the default logo that came with the template. So many BUGS! I want a refund can you help me with that?

Hello,
I am contemplating getting this theme, and just want to clarify a few points.
1. In the Province theme for example; top bar/ribbon with ‘Home|Page|Travel etc’ can I add other such as: ‘Lifestyle’ ‘Home Decor’ etc as it will be a multi-topic blog. If so, I assume I can use any of the formats for it such as ‘List, Map, Categories, Slider, Singles’?
2. Map of Destinations option’s is very cool, I assume that we (the user) have to input that information ourselves but how does this feature connect to the blog post? Is this just an automatic function?
3. All the elements provided such as the different types of ‘Buttons’, ‘Tabs’ etc – I assume this is all very self explanatory (such as a drop down option) within the theme? Can you give me a screen grab of one example so I can have a look?

1. This is the Main menu where you can add new Menu items so this is for sure possible.
2. Within each Destination Item you can enter Address, Latitude and Longitude. Of course in order for the map functionality to be enabled you will need to input the Google Map API key in the General section of the BackpackTraveler Options

How do I register the Slider Revolution and WP-Bakery that are supposedly included here? The only license # I have is for the theme itself, but I still get nags from WP-Bakery and Slider Revolution to register to product in order to use their features.

Please note that WPBakery and Slider Revolution does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

I’m interested in purchasing the theme. Can you confirm: 1. That I’ll be able to change the logo to a picture, or at least change the font in the logo (where it says backpack traveler) 2. That I can change the font on the website and move pieces and bits here and there? Also do you confirm I can modify all the text on the site? 3. I can use a mega menu with pictures 4. Do the hand drawn maps for the destination posts update automatically when you change the country? If so, are there only limited number of countries? If not, are those still pictures? 5. Can the slider on the andalusia home page take videos? Or just a single picture 6. Is there a possibility to have the site in more than one language?

1. You can upload your own logo
2. We do have our theme options where you can change the fonts, also you can modify the text as well.
3. When it comes to mega menu you can check our article about it here, all possibilities are listed.
4. They are regular pictures which you can change, they don’t update automatically.
5. This is a slider created with Revolution Slider and you can use videos instead of pictures for sure.
6. The theme is compatible with WPML plugin which you can use for multi language purpose. Please check this article for further information.

Thanks for taking an interest! We always do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however, then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
Also as our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.

Once you import the demo content you will get all the content available and that you can see on our website presentation, but if you wish to use the images on your website you will need to have a license for them.
Usually, customers do replace the images with their own ofter the demo import.

Just downloaded the last update and updated my web with it and find that the only thing why i bought this theme (Provence full page slider, elementor-> blog slider-> carousel ) was deleted. And now i can´t find it in Elementor.
My support is expired, so i can´t contact anyone to help me fix their bug. I will not pay again for support for a mistake i think it is not mine.

Hello!
After having a WP meltdown where the theme was getting corrupted, I ended up deleting my site and decided to rebuild it from scratch. One thing I have experienced however is that I was unable to deregister my code before deleting and now I get the following error “This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here”.
It is the same domain name, same everything but what can I do?

You can deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article – Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.
You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

When I log into my account, there is a notification that states: This theme recommends the following plugin: WooCommerce plugin.
When I click in the install plugin, I get the following error:
Downloading installation package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.6.8.0.zip… Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… Destination folder already exists. /var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/ Plugin installation failed.
Not sure how to fix

Good day. I love the theme. I wanted to know whether the theme will let me create trips in different destinations..I don’t want only blog posts but also organise trips and sell them on the website with WOO. Is it possible to create trips and destinations with the theme and we’ll them with Woo? Thanks
