Hello, I am getting the following error message: “The Font Awesome plugin caught a fatal error. When trying to load Font Awesome, the plugin’s configuration was invalid. Try deactivating, uninstalling, and re-activating the Font Awesome plugin.”
What should I do? I don’t have Font Awesome plugin and according to the email from WordPress due to a technical issue, I assume it is due to a theme plugin: “An E_ERROR type error was caused on line 65 of the file /home/wp/disk/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/keydesign-addon/includes/redux-extensions/extensions/social_profiles/social_profiles/field_social_profiles.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Class ‘reduxSocialProfilesFunctions’ not found in /home/wp/disk/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/keydesign-addon/includes/redux-extensions/extensions/social_profiles/social_profiles/field_social_profiles.php:65”
Sway Theme 2.7, and all plugins updated.

Thanks for writing in! You also need to update the KeyDesign Addon plugin to v5.2. Head over to your site admin area > Sway > Plugins > update all plugins.
If this doesn’t work, navigate to the Plugins page > disable and delete the KeyDesign Addon plugins then head over to Appearance > Plugins > install the plugin again.

As written before, all plugins are up to date. also the one you mentioned. BUT I have now disabled it, deleted it and reinstalled and enabled it. Unfortunately, the error message is still there…

Whenever I activate the Template Library and Redux Framework plugin (v4.3.18), I get a critical error on the website and it doesn’t load. Any ideas why?

Thanks for writing in! You need to update to v2.7. After you are done with the theme update, make sure to update the KeyDesign Addon plugin to v5.2. To do that, head over to your site admin area > Sway > Plugins > update all plugins.
If this doesn’t work, navigate to the Plugins page > disable and delete the KeyDesign Addon plugins then head over to Appearance > Plugins > install the plugin again.

We are using a 3rd party affiliate plugin, and we found that your theme is causing it to break how it displays HTML code. Something in the theme is causing HTML code from the plugin to be displayed as a string (string of code in plaintext) instead of the actual HTML code in the tooltip. We switched themes and it works fine, but using SWAY breaks functionality. Plugin author told us to contact your team.

Sure, it’s on CodeCanyon and it’s called “Ultimate Affiliate Pro” and it’s specifically one of the extensions in their pack called “Affiliate Bar”. When you set a user as an affiliate, and login as that Affiliate, the toolbar in the top of any frontend page has dropdown tooltips to share your affiliate links or banner image. The code inside of this tooltip is being output as plaintext, instead of the HTML needed to render the share codes.

I see that the issue happens on pages with the “Want to know more? Book a free demo.” call to action block. Please add an extra class to that block – for example cta-overflow-fix and then add the following CSS code with the theme custom style area:
.cta-overflow-fix { overflow: hidden; }

If the update process fails, head over to the Plugins page and delete the WPBakery plugin then back to the Sway > Plugins page and try to re-install the plugin. Make sure that you are using the 2.5 version of the theme.

When using the “Login” module in WPBakery, if someone enters in the wrong pasword it will redirect them to a default WP login page. Is there a good way to prevent this from happening, and have the information presented to the user on the custom login page with the module?

To overwrite the default WordPress login system, you will need to install and additional plugin. The theme doesn’t offer this feature and it’s plugin territory. There are a few plugins available with WordPress plugin repository that can help with this customization.

This issue doesn’t happen with the countdown preview page. The countdown works on both desktop and mobile devices. Does yours load on desktop?
You can try following the troubleshooting tips below: - disable all plugins except for the theme recommended ones and test again; - this can also be a configuration issue. Please check with the module settings and make sure that all fields are filled correctly.

When trying to view the showcase on your demo website it keeps coming up (checked multiple computers and cleared caches) that I appear to be a robot and to continue complete the thing however, it doesn’t appear (no popup blocker or anything).
Also, with 6.0 coming out tomorrow, do you have a rough ETA on a new update for the theme release so plugins and such are updated to the latest versions please?
