1 single license is for 1 single live URL only, this is Envato policy and you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Also, how do we 1) disable Woocommerce Quick View in the new version 4.2 (it seems like it’s turned ON and forced to be ON no matter what, messing up our previous design), and 2) change the image thumbnail size on single product templates, as they are now using much smaller thumbnails instead of the bigger product images that were being used before?! If you’re gonna add all these features into the theme, at least make them customizable or give us an option to turn them ON and OFF.
It’s that newly introduced .slider-wrapper class that you’ve styled in a weird way that doesn’t allow full sized thumbnails anymore, but these tiny thumbnails of some sort that looks so skimpy on the page next to all the other WooCommerce product details… ugh.

1- To disable the quick view simply go to the Dashboard >> UDESIGN >> Theme Options >> Custom CSS & JS and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box.
.btn-quickview{display:none !important;}
Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
2- To change the image thumbnail size of products simply go to the UDESIGN >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Images there you will be able to set the size of the thumbnails and main image as per you need see this image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/62t1fXTg

How can we use style.css from our child theme with this new 4.2 theme? Once we switched over from 3.5 to 4.2 our custom style.css isn’t being picked up at all, and there is nowhere in the backend that we can enable that support for it. Please make this more clear and straightforward to use, instead of changing EVERYTHING in the new version.
In addition, what I have found out so far is that in some cases and for some templates the style.css from the child theme is being loaded/used, while in other cases/templates the style.css from u-design folder/theme is being loaded. Ugh… now I have to edit 2 stylesheets at 2 different spots just to make this work until you guys sort this out.

Yes, you can use the style.css from your child theme but as you said it is not working and you find that some class are working and some are not so you have to use two style.css files on your site.
Let me explain to you.
The thing is the old version of the theme was very old related to the latest programming languages and technologies so we have to update the theme otherwise in the future all of our customers site will not work and causes unexpected issues on the site. So we take the decision and update it. In the latest version lots of old functionalities and features we removed and added tons of new. So the new feature now have new classes and we modified the some old functionalities so that’s why on your site style.css code is no more working because the classes doesn’t exists any more. So you have to set the style code again using the latest version so that in the future you will never face any issue.

I am disappointed with this topic. I have NEVER had so much work with themes in wordpress. I’ve been buying for over 15 years. and this one is freaking me out.
First I can’t update without losing all the layout. And it NEVER works or I can customize the PORTFOLIO.
YOU HAVE TO SOLVE THIS.
I don’t like you having to contact the developer. It’s a waste of time for both of you.

Thanks to permit us to finally contact us for support after 1 week run. The theme look not compatible, like WP 6 to PHP 8. The dashboard of the theme not redirect to the right support interface, no message to the theme installation if the server is using php 8, etc. please you need to upgrade it, and not force hosting to downgrade php version and lose 1 week to be able to have a chance to use your them. It looks there is no possibilities to use a dev server or deactivate / reactivate licence.

We are sorry for the inconviniance you faced with working our theme and yes it is not fully compaitable with the PHP version 8 but we are working on it and soon you will find the Major update released with PHP version 8 compaitability as well, so please be patience and stay tuned.
And regarding the license, so yes you can use it on the dev site first and then you have to go to Udesign >> License and deactivate the license from there and then again activate the theme with the same license on final/main/live site and it will work for you.

Not sure whether you’ve been getting my emails regarding the ongoing issue of compatability with Elementor? After you’re initial help all has gone quiet for over a month now? You said it was Elementor that is the problem, they have been in and run tests and their software is fully funtional until you turn on the Udesign Core plugin, and they have stated that it is this plugin’s compatability with their software that is the issue. Since telling you this I’ve not heard a thing.. no timeframe on a solution or work around. I’m just in the dark. I have paid for the software on the basis that the compatability was meant to be great with Elementor, I even upgraded to Elementor pro for the extra funtionality. Now it seems that the whole thing was a waste as the one thing I wanted to do I apparently can’t. Please check your emails and get back to me. Thanks.

starting 10 years ago with the most famous WP-Theme U-Design to setup our homepage we want now refresh our site with your new build theme! As you build your actual theme with tons of new shop functions, we like to setup our site with mixed products, catalog mode and and sell products. We will use for that the YITH catalog mode plugin and in addition we need to use the YITH tab manager ( if such not included in your theme). Will your theme work with these plugins?
AND … We build our sites and posts almost with WPBakery, but you are going to support now Elementor in priority, as we understodd. Are you supporting WPBakery as well in the future?

If we cannot update the theme so it will not work in the future and all of our customers site will be lost. So we make decision to update it with the latest technology, features and coding standards we removed the old functionality like shortcodes and we added tons f new features in the theme so that customers doesn’t need any shortcodes and customization to make the site. Also, I can see that you are not using a page builder plugin to built your site. The latest version of the theme is fully compatible with the Elementor plugin it is most famous and useable page builder plugin and super easy to use like drag and drop you can use this plugin to built your site using latest version of the theme. It is my personal opinion for you to do not update the theme for now and create a staging site of your current site then update the theme on it after that your site will appear issues then fix all the issues on the staging site with the latest version and once you have done with it then make it live so that in the future whenever you need to update the theme you will never face any issue again. Otherwise don’t update the theme and use the old version so that your site will appear fine for a period of time. Choice is your now.
We didn’t offically test those plugins “YITH Catalog mode plugin and YITH tab manager” with our theme you can use these plugins at your own risk.
Exactly, from the version “4.0” of our theme the Elementor plugin is fully compatible with our theme and for the future it is not 100% confirmed that we will support WP Bakery or not it’s hard to say Yes or NO.

I Cant see following method Assuming that you have setup the Envato Market plugin and there is a new release of the theme, then you may update the theme under Dashboard → Updates. Please note: If you’ve setup the Envato Market plugin with the required API Token and still no U-Design update is showing under “Dashboard → Updates”, this may be due to caching. Try logging out of your site and then logging back in.

Hi, I’m just trying to stop the default pop up and it won’t work. I can see in Templates builder you can delete the pop up but the functionality of the pop up still actions on the home page. i.e: A grey gradient pops up as a blank with the X to close it down (if that makes sense?). How do you actually stop the pop up from working. Thank you.

Simply go to the Dashboard >> UDesign >> Layouts >> Layout Builder >> Home Page and then in the “General Settings” option you will see the block of popup is set there simply remove it from there and then save layouts then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Thank you for the honest reply. It is disappointing that you didn’t offer support for all of us using the older version. Basically, you’re telling all of us who paid for your theme, that we now have to completely rebuild our site because you couldn’t make an update that was backwards compatible. Rebuilding a site is expensive.

I downloaded a U-Design update yesterday and installed it and my website (https://www.christchurchbicycleclub.org) changed its appearance completely and also showed a large U-Design Logo top left. I install by enabling another Theme, deleting U-Design ThemeForest and then dragging the new Zip file into Wordpress. This has worked for a long time but not yesterday. I used the same method to reinstall the previous download and the website is back to normal. I have obviously done something wrong but I don’t know what

I am having the same issue as LEAtech. Imported demo successfully, using the education demo, all the courses are blank page.
I can view the courses page contents very well under edit mode (as Admin) but not able to view the page or preview the courses when browsing the website.
