Hello, I’m using my listing in my site and I want to add another language to my site.
I want all the listings to be translated to the other language. As I understand and read your answers about it, My listing is not support Multi Language. But… I still want to use it as Multi Language.
I tried other themes and I can tell you honestly, Your theme is a 10 levels above the others. this is why I want to ask:
if there is any solution that can work? if I can but this option – Pay you to develop it.

I have a customer who wants all of the listings to expire on the same day (Regardless of when it is purchased). Is this possible without needing to manually edit every listing.

Thats correct. So my client wants to set it up so a customer will buy a listing that runs April to April (regardless of when it is purchased).
So if I purchase the listing in January, it only allows the ad to run for 4 months.

The latest release will flush your location data (addresses) for listings, had to rollback
The proximity function works well, but the results of the listings when using order by “nearby” are in reverse order, meaning the listings that are further away are in the first position and the listings that are closest are at the last position of the list.
I tried to choose “Ascending” and “Descending” option in the nearby option for sorting, but it doesn’t make a difference. I even removed all of the other sort by options and only have the proximity option – and that still has not changed order.
What do you recommend?

When you set order to Nearby all the listings within the radius you select are shown but they are not ordered based on their distance from user. They are shown in random order or based on secondary order clauses if you’ve set any.
My site is for real estate listings. When someone goes to my site in front of the home, go to the search page, it asks for the users location and it pulls up the closest listing to the person’s location. ‘ If the person is in front of the address and the phone location is known – can i it search for a very close proximity? Like 200 ft?
I’ve ran a few tests. Several properties within walking distance from each other. Went to the site – it found my location and listing the property I’m standing in front of.. are you saying that at some point if may just be pulling up random properties within the radius?
If so, how can i order the list based on distance from user?

1)- Added option to enable/disable listing stat boxes on user dashboard >>I believe we've already have this option, what's new here?
2)- Added option in theme options to enable/disable scroll header for listing page >>Where did you added it? and what does it do?
3)I would like also to report, that the animation is still ignored when you turn off the animation switch in the submission form.
4)You support team added some custom code to my last submit-form.php file, now that I’ve updated the theme, do I have to put the new version of this file in my child theme? Did you make changes to it?
==>BUG REPORT
I was hopping that you were going to fix a bug that I’ve reported 3 months ago and you told me that it will be fixed in the next update, about the sorting options that do not update when you select another category in the explore page. This bug happens in Template 3 in Desktop/tablet and in all templates for the mobile version. By any chance are you still working on it? it’s really a big issue since in the mobile version we don’t get to choose another template. You can check my comment by searching this word: bluelife22.

2- When a user add a review to a listing, how is it assimilated by Wordpress ? I mean, basically, is it a comments/article/page in my wordpress dashboard ?

1. Yes that’s possible, you don’t need a hook for it. You can add/remove items by going to appearance > menus > woocommerce menu. If you add a page that is not part of the dashboard when you click on it you will be redirected to that page (you won’t see the tabs when you’re on that page)
2. Reviews are wordpress comments so you’ll see them in the comments section.
3. Just to make it clear this is a theme and not a plugin.

4- In the reviews sections, when i we got many criteria (as overall, hospitality, etc…) can we change the way these criteria are displayed so that the review block will not be so long ?
5- Always in the reviewing process, when trying to click on a star, am i able to directly display a full star ? (Not a half-star as in the demo website)
6- Is there a way to display the number of views/reviews/bookmarks directly in the preview cards and inside a listing block ?
7- In your demo website, on the author page (via your BuddyPress integration), it looks like we got some display bugs (font sizes, elements touching the edge of the screen page, etc…). Are we able to customize this page to make it looks better ?

We updated our theme from 2.8 to the latest versions and now our listings are not showing up and are getting wrong results. Is there any extra steps we need to take after updating so that we see the correct results?
Hi! I’m having an issue with updating the theme. We’re currently on version 2.8 and use a child theme. A few days ago, when updating the theme to version 2.9.2, the site broke down and I couldn’t even access the WordPress admin. I had to manually recover the themes folder from a recent backup. The same happened when updating to version 2.9.3
This was the error detail:

Do you suggest that I deactivate the child-theme and then update the main theme?
Yeah because most likely you’ve edited a file in child-theme that we have also modified in these last updates. You can still keep the changes you’ve made in child-theme but you need to use the latest version of those files.
Sorry to tell you but it doesn’t work either. I tried deactivating the child-theme, deleting the child-theme and even deleting both themes and then only uploading the main theme I just downloaded from ThemeForest, and it always breaks the site…

not sure if it is just us or anyone else encounter this. we just updated the theme from 2.9.2 to 2.9.3 and got a minor issue:
we have field region with term hierarchy and have dropdown in advanced search form to use that region field. With 2.9.2, when we select parent region (e.g. state), the result in explore page is filtered right away, and then further with child region (e.g. city), if any. But with 2.9.3, the result is not filtered with parent region, and only filtered with child region. That caused a bit downgrade of UX and hope it was just a minor bug.
Appreciate any directions or a quick look from the team. Other than that, we are seeing a very solid update and thanks to the team!
