Hi, I disabled the license on the old domain and tried adding it to a new domain but it says it’s already used and to contact support.
But support has expired for my license, so i can’t access your support portal.
do i really have to purchase support to reissue my license?

i disabled the license on the .dev site. I added the license to evaandi but it gives me error saying that its already used.
Sorry I made a search by username (since I don’t have your key) and found another activation that was for Kentha. Please try again now the Vice license. It was clearly a temporary local installation so i can make a reissue.
I have deleted my database since I was only looking at the full site and functionality and now I need to build on it… Now it’s saying that my license is not valid and need to purchase another?
I did press the reset my license link and waited but nothing.Still the same message “Error: your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license. Request a license reset and reissue”
I did and still waiting for the email that was never recieved.
What is the next step?

Seems the iframes on the blog pages are buggy… dont see blog content when drilling down from the BLOG menu to specific blog entries.. scroll works but seems z-index is off or positioning bug in chrome and edge.
Ok it was not actually Mixcloud, the problem was caused by a new plugin we are testing called Antispam Bee, which apparently is breaking ajax page load. We will just stick with Akismet.

Is there any way to make the video background work on mobile?
Most of mobile phones are blocking it. Instead if you add a video background from Elementor, it has some way to bypass the security limitation and on some devices it works (not on all)
Sighh… After quite a hassle to get things going again after health issues, some things are frustrating me. I have a valid purchase code for this theme. The theme was registered before on ’’uniforce-music.com’’ That domain got expired and I have new plans. There’s this awesome button within wordpress that sends me to a page when I want to re register a domain, oh wait, 404. The demopage from envato does not work as well, blank page. Asking help in support is impossible because my support token is expired. I just want to use something I have a license for. It astonishes me that when you can build such a magic wonder of software, that these systems seem to get stuck or don’t work. Can you please release the purchase code from my old website so I can get it working on my new domain please!
Also, don’t take it personal, I’m just frustrated by above mentioned stuff.

Hello, the license was used on axradio.net from date 2022/08/23 at 6:32 pm and you can’t use it on wealpha.team
Each website requires one license.

About a ticketing plugin, actually you can connect any plugin that works, since the theme allows to set any link as purchase link.
We don’t test them, but some customers do use them so you can try them out and see if they work

External links are opening up gallery instead of going to the url.
when right clicking and opening in new tab the links work, but if I just click on them it opens a gallery of pictures. very strange.

no sorry but you can make a Web App from a website for a very small cost, is basically a browser without interface that loads your website in the phone.

Hi, that’s just one picture that was not copied correctly from our server to your server, it could be anything (hd space, timeout in the transfer, writing error). Somewhere there could be a demo picture missing (of a post for what I see). Since that’s just random demo content, you may eventually find a post without a picture and just set a picture for that.
Demo contents are supposed to be deleted in production anyway… so there is no heavy “error” to really fix here, you can just ignore the message.
