I recently purchased this theme and am having a problem changing the color of the header. Your Support Ticket system is not working, i.e., I have typed my question several times, include all of the requested information, and when I click “Submit” nothing happens. I have repeatedly double-checked, and it appears my support request is not going through. Below is the Ticket I am trying to submit:

Hi, I am using the Gourmet demo, and am unable to find instructions about changing the background color in the header at the very top of the homepage. I was able to change the menu background to the color I would like, but the main header remains black with a white logo. I do not want it black, as that does not work with my logo. Can you tell me how to change the color from black to white (for example)?

Hello, I bought the theme from you 2 months ago. I am very satisfied. However, I was not aware before that you can only embed Youtube videos for the great video functions.

Do you have a plan that you can also use your own mp4 files there?

We in Europe have a problem with just embedding the Youtube videos. This is due to the EU privacy regulations.

I would be happy if you could bring out an update on this.

For Posts, can you add a template option under Layout Options > Page Header to hide featured image? (I know there are plugins to add this feature, but it would be much cleaner if it could be an option with the others in that area. If I missed this somewhere apologies in advance)
