I purchased a theme through your platform, but when I try to activate it on my new website, the system says the purchase code is already being used on another website. However, I confirm that it is not currently being used on any website.
I kindly request the following:
Deactivate the previous purchase code, as the website where it was used no longer exists or has been removed.
Reset or reactivate the purchase code so I can use it on my new website.
I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your prompt response, as I need to proceed with my site development.

Hello, I have problem with primary main menu. If I add a sub menu elemets, main link does not working, and dont have a link path, only # symbol (although I did specify the clickable link in the menu on the parent link). When I delete sub element – its work great and link appear. How can I have a clickable parent menu with clickable sub-menus?

As’ve already shared you a video tutorial that the demodata seems work fine. We kindly asked you to share us a temp wp login and we said if there is a theme related issue, we’ll refund you but you just keep saying the demo not working.

but you kept asking for refund and we unfortunately can not refund you based on envato refund policy and then you left your review. You shouldn’t leave a bad reviee to force an author for a refund.

Please deactive and delete your available old versşon of wpbakery plugin and then re-install it from: Dashboard > Ninetheme > Install Plugins > Install the deleted page builder plugin. This way, you’ll get updated version of that plugin.

These processes are very simple, if you install WordPress we can do the other steps for you. We do not have a service to upload images or other content, you can get support from an expert on fiverr.

Pardon me, how is it 76 reviews and 4.92, guys?? Purchased it a week ago to renovate avanman.com.au First it didn’t like my hosting (SiteGround) , then I couldn’t properly set up links and (links hover) colors, then the theme wasn’t able to put my logo image right. I’ve reached out to their support and asked about it. Support officer promptly responded to my both questions with not helpful answers in any way. First question – he didn’t even bother to read properly, second – he made changes on my site and asked to check a wrong sizes and broken site layout. wtf? I paid $40 for it…

So, regarding the logo, we just used one single css code, which is still there and that is abolutely not causing any issues for sure. Thank you for your answer. I have here a regular ASUS Vivo flip 14 with 1080p screen. What I see is – no way of properly adjusting img logo via site panel options, enlarged logo with 100% chrome which doesn’t match my psd at all etc. No, you didn’t brake my site, I didn’t give you the link to the site, it’s a test version which looks inaccurate.
