1.) Go to “Hotel Bookings > Bookings” and click on the booking to edit it

2.) In the “Booking Summary” in the right sidebar click “Delete” for the room, then click “Update”

3.) Search for the new dates and select the room, and “Update” again

1.) Is there a way to generate a report that would show a list of bookings and amount paid as deposit for a particular date range? If you’re using the newest version of the theme (4.0+) then you can use the WooCommerce report tools, you can filter by day, month, year and get very detailed statistics about sales

2.) Also, when the website and VRBO calendars sync, the name of the guest is replaced by ‘iCal’ which makes it more difficult to locate a booking: If you’re using the newest version of the theme (4.0+) the guest name is displayed in the “Room(s)” column, but this depends if it’s included in the iCal feed description field. All iCal feed providers include different information in their feed, Soho Hotel just imports whatever is provided.

1.) Can we put different prices for weekend: Yes there is a separate price field for each day of the week, so you can enter a different price for mon, tue, wed, thu, fri, sat, sun.

2.) or for months: Yes you can create “seasons” which let you define a start and end date, and then define different prices for that period.

3.) We need a calendar to see which is the price for period: So you mean display the price in the calendar cells? No this isn’t possible, but you can just select the dates in the calendar, click submit, and then the prices for the selected dates will be displayed (check the demo website for an example)

Hi, again. I have purchased, installed and activated the theme. Then I have uploaded all the files of th custom font onto a server and checks whether the path to a file works. Next I have added the @font-face code to Additional CSS, then I wrote the name of the font in Soho Hotel settings / Fonts. And there is no effect (apart from showing me all in Times New Roman).

I don’t know whether the font selection section should work as a dropdown list picker, when I type in every letter it reloads the page, no selection of font appears, So I just entered the name of the font there. I have also tried renaming the font to a shorter versions. Please advise what to do next. There is no instruction in the manual about this. Yet this is a crucial topic.

Yes the new version of the theme (4+) doesn’t support WPML any more because it comes packaged with it’s own free multi-language plugin
