Is there a way to make the circle icons (that hold fa icons and fade in as the page scrolls up) act as links? I can make the titles beneath them into links but can’t figure out how/if it would work for the circles. Thanks!

The version of FontAwesome that is included in the Layers is used by default. This is not the latest version of FontAwesome and some icons may not be available. You can try to install third party plugins for support latest version of Fontawesome.
First, sorry for using another name, Festival Ojos Rojos, to contact you. I didn’t realize I purchased (twice, as first I purchased the HTML package by mistake) Skrollex with my personal account. As I said, I disabled all plugins, (I tried again this morning) and the error persists. If as you say it could be Javascript or HTML, I don’t know where to begin as I’m not a programmer. I don’t think I added any code by mistake. Any ideas?

Hi, I followed your instructions and it still crashes. It works ok on the SE model of Iphone, but it crashes on newer models.

I did it yesterday and this page also crashes after a while. As you can see all plugins are disabled, Gtranslate doesn’t appear or click-to-chat all he rest are also disabled
I was wrong, the page https://kulkalyaan.com/prueba/ only crashes when I click on the menu, and of course, that ends up being for example https://kulkalyaan.com/#instalaciones if I click on Instalaciones. Strange ting is that the extension on the end doesn’t change if I clik on any other tab. Try first to check all items of this section with persons and delete everything that is set in the Media Block Image. The fact is that your pictures are set using the menu with the photo option, but it seems that your also tried to add something to the Media Block Image, and perhaps something went wrong. Just clear all Media Block Image on this section if there is anything there.
Tried that, cleared all Media Block Images but the problem’s still there. I don’t know if an option would be for me to share my wordpress through Team Viewer or similar app? This is taking forever and I need to have the page running perfectly asap. It also takes forever to load. Let me know if that option is an option. I see that you keep loading a lot of extensions. Disable them all to be sure they or their settings are not causing problems and then check the page again.
What I see:

4) W3 Total Cache
5) maybe that’s not all
Completely remove W3 Total Cache and purge WordPress from it, as this plugin has already caused problems for some users (maybe it depends on the settings, but the theme has not been tested with it, I can not say for sure).
How to completely remove step by step:
Step 1: Turn Off All Caching, Minifying and Other Options. Go to the W3 Total Cache settings page in WordPress and disable all the options you enabled. ... (see link)

Hi, did what you asked, the page stopped crashing after multiple tests. I got rid of W3 as you said and deactivated the plugin Gt translate as that was causing problems. Now I have a new problem (I had it before but I was more worried about the page crashing), the page takes forever to load. I removed all images to optimize them and make the page lighter to see if the load time would be reduced. I haven’t uploaded images because if I upload only ONE, the page takes up to 18 seconds to load. Even with the logo, the upload time is crazy long. I’ve left the page like that (only with the logo) so you can take a look. Please let me know what to do.
By the way, I left all plugin deactivated

You just need to remove these images from the page. Most likely you removed them from the server but not from the page, so they don’t show up but continue to be inserted in the “NUESTRAS INSTALACIONES” section.
Check your browser console to make sure you’ve removed all images. In Chrome press Command+Option+J (Mac) or Control+Shift+J (Windows/Linux)

You are not displayed as Skrollex buyer and I cannot see your support status. The error message says that some script is not working correctly, but theme scripts do not cause such problems. Try disabling all plugins again and create a clean page. If the problem is in the page, then most likely some incorrect HTML or Javascript code was inserted into the page content.

Theme can be updated like any theme not installed from the WordPress repository. The easiest way is to download the latest version from ThemeForest, remove the old version from WordPress, install the new version. Or overwrite all theme files on the server.

It is possible that the video is being displayed, but you cannot see it, since all the sections on your page are not transparent or have background images. The background video is only visible through the transparent sections. Try to just remove the background image from the top or any other section, maybe you will see a video.

Yes, I saw the problem. I will find out for what reasons the iphone does not allow the background video to be displayed and if this can be solved by the theme code, then in the next update of the theme I will change the code accordingly. In the current version of Skrollex, this does not seem to be solved.
In older versions of Skrollex, an alternate image was displayed on all mobile devices, as the video could not be guaranteed to display on all devices. Then, at the request of users, in the next version of Skrollex I turned on partial video support in the way I wrote above. Only for files and only if the video is successfully launched in the usual way. I’m not sure if it’s guaranteed to run the video in all cases, but it looks like it could be done to make it work better.
Vimeo slider doesnt work and File Slider doesnt work on iphones. You ve got to fix a lot of things to the next update. This is problematic for anyone.

When i choose Vimeo as the background video it doesnt work. Youtube works but quality is bad. The file .mp4 background video doesnt work on iphone as we discussed.
Vimeo began to require a paid account to display video without controls. This was not required before. The YouTube quality is set automatically because the user cannot change it using controls in the background video.

This is not supported by theme widgets, but you can use third party plugins. In pages that are created using Layers, you can use plugins that are inserted as shortcodes. You can also create pages with the usual WordPress editor and use plugins in them that are inserted as blocks.
A refund request can be submitted via the ThemeForest form. Usually such requests are forwarded to me for approval and I approve them in situations like yours.

In SX Background you can’t do this, but you can create pages or sections within a page using plugins from WordPress repository or from other sources without using SX Background and SX Section which included in the theme.

Also may be you have limit for upload theme size. In this case, ask your hosting provider what tools you can use to upload large files to the server. This can usually be done using FTP or cPanel.

The panel should hide automatically for regular visitors. If the visitor does not have access to the admin bar, then he should not see the color settings panel either. If this does not work for you, then the problem may be related to some permission settings or caching. Try clearing the cache on the server or disabling all plugins.
