Actually, the slider plugin that comes with the theme is the basic version. You are trying to import the pre-build templates of the sliders in the plugin and this feature is only available in the PRO version of this plugin. So using a basic version you are not allowed to do this. This is Envato policy and with all the Themes on ThemeForest, So you have to purchase the license of the plugin so that you will be able to use the premium feature of the slider plugin and import the pre-build layouts as well.

Actually, there is no demo that build with video slider for now. But you can make it using our theme.

I always fail to import demos with standard mode, when using alternative modes it keeps loading on “import dummy content” which when 100% will return to 0% again. how to solve this?

Electronics theme throwing up issues with WooCommerce – - Blank screen - u-design/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 4.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 6.0.0,
BTW, running UDesign 4.2.0
Also, a couple WC categories i added have dissapeared, as well as the brand option!

Sorry for the inconvenience, it is showing only a single WooCommerce template as outdated because WooCommerce releases it’s Major update and that is why the single template of the theme has outdated, Our development department is working on the theme update and soon hopefully within a couple of days you will find an updated version of the theme with solved this outdated template issue so until that please be patience.

I just installed udesign at https://feasibilityfirst.ca/ . Sometimes, when I scroll down, the menu background colour fills the screen. Also, the menu sometimes switches from a default header template to something with a much bigger logo. Cache turned ff.
solved – i created a new header templated and added that to the layout. something was not working on the sticky css code hen I scrolled down.

Well as I said I am using the fashion demo, so the ‘Featured Products >> View More’ link goes to d-themes-dot-comcom/wordpress/udesign/fashion/shop/. I have updated many but I kept finding more. Then I searched databate for ‘d-themes-dot-com’ and there a lots of links
Also, there is one specific link that I can’t figure out where to edit from. The ‘privacy policy’ link in the pop up that appears in the bottom of the pages. That link goes to ‘d-themes-dot-com/wordpress/udesign/fashion/privacy-policy/’

Hi, if I purchased this theme, would you be able to provide me an old version of theme?
I have one old WP (not made by me) to upgrade and I already noticed there were some modifications made directly in theme folder. Having original files of theme would allow me to find all differences.

I’m using the LearnPress plugin with the theme.
After I updated the LearnPress to the latest version, it shows that there are several outdated templates in the theme file which caused the plugin not working.

Actually, the LearnPress plugin released its update 1 day ago. We are currently working on the updates and very soon we will release them and we also cover this issue in the update as well. So please be patient and wait until we release an update of our theme or simply downgrade the LearnPress plugin version.

Actually, It is a popup overlay. The thing is you just delete the popup block from the UDesign >> Layouts >> All Templates but the popup was set on the homepage from the Dashboard >> UDesgin >> Layouts >> All Layouts. Please on this link: https://d-themes.com/wordpress/udesign/documentation/#video-tutorials and watch the popup builder video to know how the popup created and set on the site so that you will be able to remove it.
