I bought this theme a couple of years ago and it always worked great, ever since they made the switch to Elementor I’ve been having problems. I can’t update the theme and Elementor because immediately eikra-core fails and the site goes completely blank. It doesn’t show error, it doesn’t show anything. I have to disable eikra-core or the site doesn’t work. Could you explain to me why? I know my support has expired but the site never bothered until now.

Hi Team, I have purchased this theme 6 months back but due to client late response my testing domain got expired and right now I want to move these theme to other testing subdomain and I have removed the previous installation and trying to install it into a new subdomain but my purchase code is not working.
