I have an alternative solution but I don’t know if is consistency correct or not for Porto.
Inserting an image to the short description of the product and linking to my youtube video. I don’t know if this can: – Give me problems in future – Or give problems in speed – Or some problem in the SEO product.
I understand I can use the same image for my 5 languajes and changing the url video (different languajes) each time.

If that trick working for you then you can keep it and use it, hope this will not harm your site in future as well.
And regarding Speed, as the video is from Youtube and not hosted on your site, so it will not have the major impact regarding speed on your site, no need to worry about it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it is showing only a single WooCommerce template as outdated because WooCommerce released it’s update and that is why the single template of the theme has outdated, Our development department is working on the theme update and soon hopefully within a couple of days you will find an updated version of the theme with solved this outdated template issue so until that please be patience.

In my webside I want to place a page gallery for my videos of the products. A kind of gallery (inserted from youtube or similar), the goal is the speed in opening the video. Any suggestion about how to insert them and how to distribute them? Example, in columns, to profit the space. Any special predefined layout for this in pagebuilder porto ?

If you want to show more videos then you have put/insert the videos element more times in the Porto Carousel element and if you want to show the arrows to scroll then you have to edit the Porto Carousel and go to Navigations and chage the setting as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/7bCLxRMV

Actually, Yes. For this you have to create two layouts on page 1 for the desktop and 2nd for the mobile then use the Elementor responsiveness option you can hide the layouts from specific devices. Hello, I think the documentation is not updated. Two examples: To remove the home popup it says to go to home and edit the page with the composer but in reality the option is inside the popup in another menu. Another example, to edit the sidebar widget block, documentation says go to Blocks in WP admin bar, but it’s not there…

1) For the popup navigate to the Porto >> Template builder there you will see the block called “Newsletter Popup” simply edit/remove it as per your need.
2) Actually, from version 6.0 the block shifted to the Porto >> Template builder there you will see all the blocks you have on your site.
We are currently working on the updates and documentation, very soon it will be updated.
Hi, just something quick, that why dont need support, just started a brand new install with Porto with demo 34, trying to change the header settings like colors and stuff, but cant do it and also the header is not the same as the default demo or like this, https://imgur.com/a/4aSwnV7 so i keep getting this message: “Important Note: Header Builder helps you to develop your site easily. After the update of woocommerce, the “My Account” pages no longer work. Wordpress reports “form-login.php” is out of date. Also, in admin it reports “Your theme (postage child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” I think it is because of this problem? Is there an update for this?

Yes, it supports RTL and you can use it with any RTL language as per your requirements, you just have to change the site language as RTL language and it will automatically change your site structure as RTL.

Hi, team. I know you are still working on the theme update. Just let you know that the yith wishlist does not work after upgrading woocommerce. The wishlist icon on the shop or some product categoriespage does not show up and even dissappeared on the single product pages. I am using Wp-rocket plugin and it never happened before since woocommerce upgrading. Please let your team keep an eye on this. And hopefully the theme update will come out soon and will not have too many bugs. Thanks for your hard working.

Thanks. I guess it is the outdated template that causes this issue because I only updated the woocommerce. Previously wp-rocket plugin works fine with porto theme after configuring. So I will wait for the theme update, and then see what to do next. Your support will not help as long as third party plugin gets involved.
