You can create categories and In menus you can select the categories. In appearance->Menu you can add categories in menus. Opening period will be one for same day you cannot make two periods at a time.

I saw yes for custom taxonomies but it’s strange to have to create a new one since the same one already exists.
You should change the register_taxonomy function for this and put “show_in_menu” on true and “hierarchical” too (regions and category)
Just add this to your $args array in includes\plugins\routiz\routiz\inc\src\taxonomies.php line 47 for category and line 76 for regions
I know you know, but that’s really easy to do so..
For the openning period I understand, however I think it is an essential feature for directories. Many companies close between noon and 2pm for example… Or restaurants that are closed in the afternoon between lunch and dinner service. And if a customer come on our website, see it’s open then go and find a closed store… that’s not good too
Also, the explorer page tells me: “No listing types were found” but I have 1 type.

The taxonomies are easy to create in admin section. You can create the taxonomies with different name and key type. For open hours issues we are working on it in next updates. In search form you can set the fields or taxonomies for search it will give you result. Thank you Have a great day! Utillz

I see that you are responding to messages from a day ago but you ignore mine and have been waiting for a refund or update for longer. you are selling a product that does not work. be so kind as to make the refund or fix the problem. Eventhoo i like this theme and plan to buy it but when read all the comments and feedback, it’s maybe nightmare to buy.. my old comment also not reply.. the author and team just reply to the one who they aim will buy their theme.. too bad they not listening to feedback comment..

I love the template, very aesthetic, but how many people ask for help just two days ago and there is no response to the serious problems of the subject. It is scary to read user experiences. Too bad because there is some good work behind the theme that is ruined by the slow debugging process…

Hi, Is there any way to show results in Explore page based on user selection? For now it says “Sorted by priority & newest” by I don’t see a way to let the user choose the type of order to show.

On explore page you can use the search form, where user can do the selection. In search form admin can choose there fields for the search. On explore page “Sorted by priority & newest” this is text only not a filter.

@TimTimTim – for some reason the theme author doesn’t want to do it this way.
They’re using custom taxonomies for geographical data but, and here’s the thing, they haven’t set them up as hierarchical.
This is one of the options in the WP API when you set up custom taxonomies you can choose hierarchical as being true or false.
They have set them as false, so nothing is chained and creates one big messy list of places. Totally useless!
It’s not the smartest way to do things.
Only they know why they chose this way.

In taxonomies you can not choose the hierarchical form. You can many taxonomies in listing types. You can create the categories for the hierarchical chained structure.

Hi, Does anyone know how to fix the “regions” – in other words indent in the search dropdown.
I have four cities (Manchest, London, etc) and then the neighborhoods under each in the “Regions” custom post type, however in the frontend it shows everything as one big list.
How to modify what template so that in the search drop down on the front end it shows the city name and then underneath indented the neighborhoods?

For the “regions” you can add filed in listings types that will shown in listings that regions. In listings you can select the region for particular listing. For neighborhoods you have to create the field in listing type->listings->fields->neighborhood with key “neighborhood” in listings you can add the neighborhood field to listings that will shown in frontend while on search or near by.

dear developer. I have sent you a ticket, I wrote to you for comment, I sent a ticket to envato also requesting a refund and you do not respond to messages. Unfortunately their does not seem to be a way to create a listing type for events
As their is no field to select a date picker or time etc

There is option in listing type->fields for open hours. In action there is option for the bookings (day,hours) and appointments and reservations. You can use that for the events bookings and reservations.

Dear Developer. I have tested your theme on 5 servers. I changed the wordpress version 7 times, in 3 different domains, with 4 different php combinations, with several woocommerce versions and a long list of other combinations in case I could find out why it does not work correctly.
In all the tests that I have carried out, none of them work correctly.

Dear Theme Developer. I have found multiple problems in your theme and they are serious.
It is a long list of problems but the one that bothers me the most is that it is from the administration part of the owner (Business) the listings cannot be deleted, it does not do any action when pressing the delete button. I have tried changing Wp versions, changing Php versions, changing domains, changing servers (thousands of tests before sending this message and requesting a refund) due to a malfunction.
I will send this same message to envato.
On the other hand, when making reservations in Booking mode (Appointments) you do not have a calendar, something for which you buy your theme and you put in your description what can be done, check that in admission if this option exists but in the front part it does not the calendar button appears.
It does not have a system for deleting messages, which is why it is dangerous for spam and endangers the website due to database overload.
And a long Etc of problems that sincerely disappointed me a lot and visually it is nice but as it works it still has work to do.
Thus, this message is a copy that I will send to envato for the return of my money.

I found a very serious error, the owner of a listing cannot delete the listing. Hitting the delete icon does not delete it.

After buying your theme and spending days customizing it for my project I realize that the calendar in the back of the control panel is only available for the Booking ( Days ) configuration, I need it to be available for Booking ( Appointments ) ( Appointment) since the reservations also in the back also have to have a calendar.

Your theme (Brikk) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

You can use 7.3 to 7.4 versions of php for now, These are stable versions of php.8.1 is not a stable version in market for now. You can update the woocommerce plugin with latest version will not effected the theme.
