With MediClinic 2.0 (WP 6.1.1 and PHP 8.0) I get “PHP Warning: Array to string conversion in …/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 1098”. I have read from another author that this has something to do with the Customizer and esc_attr().
Also I get “PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at …/wp-content/themes/mediclinic/framework/lib/mkdf.framework.php:207) in …/wp-admin/customize.php on line 126” when opening the Customizer. Please fix or advise, THX

I’m working in a local environment, I’m using a self signed SSL to make it exactly the same to the production environment. I want to import the demo content, but the dashboard says I must validate the purchase, so I copy the code I was provided with, also I put my email, but I never get an answer error/success message… I can’t install the theme in the production site because It’s running another stuff, that’s why I’m building this new version… What can I do about it?

Could you please try to deregister the theme on your live domain, register it on your local installation and import the demo content and then deregister it and register back to your live domain.

The thing is that I haven’t register it yet… Nor live or local… I can’t install it in the live domain, so when I try to register it in my local environment I never get an answer It’s like it is sending the data but I NEVER GET AN ANSWER… my local environment is called exactly the same as the production site ( mydomain.tld ), just to avoid errors at the time to uploading the site to production… But I can’t event install the demo data… It’s getting annoying and already have a week delay… Can you please help me?...

Hello. I purchased a license for my client. Before I deliver the theme to my client, I need to test it on a different domain and upload the information. Can I activate the license here and then delete it? Can I install the same license on the customer’s own domain address after deleting it from here?

You can for sure do this however you will need to deactivate the license on your current domain, since the license can be active only on one single app installation.

Thanks for writing in! The theme has PHP 8 compatibility added and compatibility for WP is 5.8.x , however since no significant changes has been made the theme can be used on the latest version of WP for sure.
The compatibility will be added to the themes changelog once theme is updated.

Hi. How do we set the archive header?
Currently we have set the header in theme options and all the pages and posts use the header (we had to set the header in the edit page (standard extended) else it is finding a different one).
But the archive.php is not using the header we have on the rest of the site, We can not find settings for this any where.
How do we make the whole site use Standard Extended header? We have clicked every option in theme options and looked at ALL drop down select options whether they are for the header or not.

We haven’t tested the theme with Elementor Pro. The Elementor demo is using free version of Elementor and it is not necessary to use Elementor Pro.
We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.
The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so the theme should work correctly on the latest version of WordPress.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, please understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.
Headers and footers are using the theme templates and we cannot guarantee that the header and footer feature by Elementor Pro will work with our theme.

Once again, please understand that the footer layouts in the theme are created using theme templates and options and we cannot guarantee that the header and footer feature by Elementor Pro will work with our theme. Free version of Elementor is a standalone plugin which we can guarantee that it is fully compatible with our theme.
You can find more info on how to set up footer using theme option in the documentation here. Our support agents will gladly help you to set up footer using our theme. Unfortunately, integration of 3rd party plugins which we haven’t tested with our theme is not covered by the support.

My menu “breaks” when the screensize is lower than 1326px wide. So I wasnt to adjust the tablet “breakpoint” to 1326px so that the mobile/tablet menu is visible when <1324px width. Is it possible to fix it?

You can enable WPBakery or Elementor page builder on “Mikado Team” pages and use list shortcodes. If you are using WPBakery please navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager and here you can enable editor for team member (please see screenshot). If you are using Elementor then you can enable it for team members in Elementor > Settings.

Thank you but it is not the same. I would like to use the template you proposed for doctors, otherwise I would have done it myself with elementor without buying the theme. I didn’t think a simple br or li would not be accepted. If I use elementor, the bulleted list comes up at the bottom and side, and not next to the sidebar with the doctor’s photo and details.
