Ok, so this is a support request because the theme is broken outside of the support window! I just installed the theme, but when I go into the theme setting window I can only edit the checkout page! What is this? I have for two licenses, and only now do I get to use the new 4.0 version and it is broken! Can someone help me?

Hi, on the product page, Product Recommendations ‘By Collection’ doesn’t work. It doesn’t appear on the page. Is this an issue anybody else has been having?

Hello. I’m loving this theme and haven’t had any problems customizing except for the “Frequently Bought Together” section. In the demo, it shows you can bundle more products to get a discount (ex. 15% off). There is no where in the document on how to apply a discount when a customer buys more items. I only want to apply the discount when they buy more items or bundle them. Is there any way to do this?

Hey, I actually contacted support about this, and they told me I would have to put the bundled products on sale. It seems there is no feature to make a discounted bundle with this theme unless the products I’m using to bundle are already on sale. I know the Ella Theme has this feature; I just wish Kalles did—because I like this theme much better.

Why is there no template within the ready-made templates for a single product? Why are there no custom pet templates ؟

HI, i just purchased the theme and using partner account for making website ready before doing live, but the question is when i buy the shopify plan and connect the domain with another partner account can i deactive the theme with previous partner account and activate it into new shopify domain ?

Great versatile theme but there is a bug or setting is missing, my logo has an opacity and hence the logo is not showing full color where do I change the opacity setting for the logo, seems like there is at-least 50% opacity on my logo.I have not changed anything other than upload the logo.

There are serious bugs in the new version, Earlier currency will automatically switch based on a selected country and now it is not happening. A very serious bug.
