I updates my wordpress and the plugins that come with this theme after a long time and now my website does nowt work.

Inside the zip file, you’ll find a folder named “plugins” containing the latest version of the lovecare core plugin. Update the plugin using that file, and it should resolve the issue. Thank you.
These two pages broken sudden. I haven’t made any changes to these pages’ layout to shrink automatically. please fix the theme if it’s broken.
I think the issue is due to the page layout, so setting it to Elementor full width should solve the problem. https://elementor.com/help/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/fullwidthtemplate.gif Thank you
My website’s (graciousheartsinc.com) home page is broken all of a sudden. I tried the following:
1. Updating theme 2. Changing PHP version 3. Purging cache 4. Deactivating cache plugins and more
A similar problem happened in the past and after changing php version, it solved automatically. But right now it is not solving. I tried to open a support ticket and it is not accepting purchase code. It seems like the issue is with theme’s source code. Please fix it immediately and provide me with a support email at least so I can communicate with you directly.

I just checked your license and it seems the license is activated on https://www.azvalleycleaning.com/ there seems the demo is imported and you have modified the contents too. Have you been able to activate the license yet on your site? If not, let me know I will take the proper steps to fix your issue.

@ThemeAuthor, in following your advice that we should proceed with importing the demo content while the theme complains of a plugin error, any time I click on import demo tab, it says that “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” on a WordPress Error page. I’ve been facing one issue or the other since I purchased this theme, would you please respond to my ticket and let’s get this resolved!

If you are facing any issue installing the Classy add-ons for elementor then you can ignore it. your demo will be imported even though it is a required plugin. We will let you know as soon as the issue is fixed. Till then don’t worry about the issue.

Hi, My ticket regarding “not being able to manually install the demo data correctly” has been ignored. Ticket status is set to Urgent and has been completely ignored by the SmartDataSoft Team. This is appalling because tickets with such status should be prioritized!
