Hi, When we click on “Activate caching” button on Performance tab, we receive the following error”Activation of WP Rocket plugin failed, please use “Reinstall” button to reinstall and reactivate this plugin.” We do so, but then when we try to activate caching, we receive the same error again. The Autoptize plugin works correctly. We don’ t see Wp Rocket plugin in the plugins list.

I have updated the theme, but cannot find WP-rocket. Also this documentation you mention here, says to buy the WP-rocket plugin – https://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/performance-optimizations/ so is it included or do I need to buy it. Also in the documentation it mentions to click on the ‘start optimization button’. no such button exists on that page.

There is a major bug in the theme, We can not create 2 Mega Menus in the website. My business has 2 major product lines, for that i created 1 mega menu now i am unable to put the 2nd mega menu. i am losing business becuase of that. and the theme has stopped me. if there is a solution pls provide the information how to get this sorted. otherwise i will have to change the theme and get this cancelled.

I absolutely love your theme, but wondered if there was the option to search the portfolio by a text field you can type in, or have a dropdown list of selected categories?

I know you have the filter buttons at the top, but I was to create multiple portfolio sections containing specific child categories as well as searching via multiple categories, e.g. filter by type (print, web) and by area (uk, usa)

hi, i could do with any suggestion as to how can i chance the contents of the ‘bottom area’...i’ve been struggling to find it. The only thing i found is the php document (footer.php).. there must be another, simpler way to do it , surely. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I have used the Custom Footer before with a a shortcode with the social share ‘addtoany’ but it wouldn’t pick up the page url to share, while it does if it is on the Bottom Area.

So in essence, i need to edit the contents of the Bottom Area…. any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I’ve been using Gem for a couple of years, successfully. Yesterday, Wordpress updated op v6, resulting in most of styled images not showing on the site. I’ve seen some discussion about this, but none seems to help.

2 basic questions:

> my support has expired. Does this also mean I cannot update to 5.5? Whatever i try, after pushing the update button, the admin reports a non activated theme (while it shows activated in the Gem dashboard) > How to solve the images problem? Images are showing in the editor windows when editing pages. Just not showing on the live site.
