Hello,
I have the version 3.4. And there are several javascript errors on the settings page of the child theme with soulmedic/framework/js/admin/mytheme.admin.js?ver=6.5.2. The buttons are not working anymore.
Also I try to switch to the new version of the theme but header and footer and Wpbakery blocks were broken after…So i switched back to the old version.
Is that ok to stay on the old version ? Can you help with these js errors ?

Our templates can be used to make sites that are compatible with mobiles too. These are however not apps like the ones found on play store/app store. You can install a PWA plugin that we bundle and this will make the site as a progressive web app
We downloaded the latest version of the theme files so we could update the theme on our site but the core features plugin is missing from the downloads folder. Furthermore, the theme and core features plugin was relying on a deprecated version of jquery in order for the site not to break. We are hoping your latest release fixes the issue with the deprecated version. Regardless, we still need access to the core features plugin so we can update our site.

2) Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a subdomain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

We generally do not provide support for older version of the theme (version 1.7) and instead suggest that updating to the latest version of soulmedic will be best practice
Note: Old theme (3.4 and old version) users who like to switch to new version (4.7 of our soulmedic theme, need to use the theme in a fresh site only. The old theme datas cannot be used with the new version of the theme.

1. Yes, you can install an updated theme in a new folder or subdomain. Once the theme got installed you can update the content as per your need. Everything will be fine you can change the domain to your current live domain.
2. Follow the article http://docs.wedesignthemes.com/dt_articles/steps-to-update-the-theme-old-version/, to update the theme to the newer version.

I have followed the update process indicated in the link: http://docs.wedesignthemes.com/dt_articles/steps-to-update-the-theme-old-version/, but I don’t know if I am understanding you correctly.
1) I have created a clone of the page for testing. 2) I have downloaded Soul Medic 4.7 and uploaded it to /themes renaming the old theme to souldmedic_old
3) Within the panel with Soul Medic 4.7 activated and updated Designthemes Core Features, when visiting the web it returns a critical error.
- As I have seen that the new theme requires WP Bakery, I installed the plugin but still, the content of the home and the rest of the pages do not look good.
What can be wrong? what’s the process to update the theme maintaining the content like is working now with Soul Medic 1.7

Note : We have released New Soulmedic (4.6) version (demo contents using Visual composer), please do not upload the new version of soulmedic theme or plugin files to your existing Soulmedic old version ( old page builder demo contents), since the site will crash. If you need to continue with your old version, we have provided the old version soulmedic-old.zip (3.4) separately please use those files. If you need to go with the new visual composer version, you need to install it in a fresh site.

DesignThemes Core Features Plugin can’t be updated. It is stucked with the 2.2 but 2.3 is required to work with last version of the theme.
I deleted the plugin and went to Appearence>Install plugins but I have this message:
