We have re-entered the correct code, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. How can we reactivate the purchased theme and get updates?

i downloaded a demo page and now cannot edit the custom title. custom title menu is not there – https://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/elementor/#custom-titles – this is incorrect. when I go to edit the template it shows it is a private post page. But I cannot find it anywhere in posts/pages or themebuilder. Where are the custom titles located when a demo is downloaded? It is not in the theme builder title area. Also title area is enabled and the title displays correctly.

The footer template is not located at the bottom of the visible area if the content above is shorter than the visible area. How can I display the footer always at the bottom even if the previous content is short?

Where can we download previous versions/releases of the theme? We need version 5.0.2.2 to do a diff before we update.
