The redirection issue usually comes from the wrong permalinks on the site. Try to resave your site permalinks under the WordPress dashboard -> settings -> permalinks section (to post name) and save the changes. It should solve the issue with 404 error page. Those are simple warnings of the WooCommerce plugin and they don’t affect the proper work of your website. Whenever the WooCommerce authors release the new version, the plugin templates become outdated in the theme even the new version of the theme was released a day before. We can’t control the releases of the plugin, as WooCommerce can be updated twice a week. The new version of the theme will contain the updated templates of WooCommerce.

Hi Hope some kind of help here, the STM Configurations plugin has all the sudden stoppen working it shows it is installing but after renew page it say Install again.. I am using newst version of Masterstudy theme (I have tried to deactivate all 3th party plugins with no result). – (I think problem startet after the lastest update of Masterstudy)
I ended up removing the folder from /plugin and reinstall something is still wrong because the installe kept running so after 20 mins where “nothing happend I just tried to renew page and then it was installed. I know support is expired but we were thinking is it really not possible to make own tabs in the study account page? we really would like a tab next to “my couses” called “couses recommended”

You need to check the plugins folder of your site, it could be that you have restricted the STM Configurations plugin folder, you can remove the folder (make a back-up, to avoid unexpected issues) and install the plugin from a scratch under the appearance > install plugins section. You need to check your server limits. You can check it under the Master Study > system status section and increase them via contacting your hosting provider team, (if you have lower server limits). After it, make sure sure that you have activated the theme on your site. Here you can find extra info, to activate the theme >> https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/installation-and-activation/theme-activation
Then, you need to make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme. The theme update process doesn’t change the content and settings by default. If you have some customizations in your parent theme, you need to install a child theme. If you will make your modifications to your child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the modifications.

Hi, we use your website for french people. We try to have then all words in french with your theme, but some are not “listed” whule using Locco or others extensions, like “Enrolled Courses” / “Memberships” / “Enrolled Quizzes” etc… All words / sentences on the float menu left, and also on the “client menu” stay in english. By default, the theme and external plugins are in English. However, the theme and plugins are ready for translations. You can change your site’s main language under the WordPress dashboard > settings > general > site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations on the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the theme and external plugins. So, you can make your site in any language. You can translate the theme static strings. At the same time, some of the static strings are located in the LMS and LMS Pro plugins, so with the help of the loco translate plugin, you will be able to manage static strings of the LMS plugins as well. Thanks for your reply. Anyway, using Locco is not OK for many strings on the theme. I needed “Say What” plugin to change some strings, like the ones on the profile. By example : “Membership plans” title on the page with memberships doesn’t change using Locco, and same Say What extension… On your code, I see for that title : <?php esc_html_e( ‘Membership plans’, ‘masterstudy’ ); ?> So normaly if I choose the proper domain “masterstudy”, I could change that for french, but it is not working…
Also, impossible to find the “GET STARTED” string that appear on the button to choose the plan. It’s not on Locco when we try to find it. As also “Courses included:” and “Featured courses quote included:” (see the page : https://elearning-gecf.com/membership-account/nos-abonnements/)
Also, the button “PREVIEW THIS COURSE” can’t be translated in our side.

So, if you want to use another payment method you can simply activate the Woocommerce checkout (LMS settings > general > enable Woocommerce checkout), there won’t be any restrictions with the theme if your wanted payment method supports the Woocommerce plugin. 5.Can a course have optional paid options (a zoom appointment for example)? If the course was purchased without the option, is it possible to purchase only the option later?

why form_builder Phone number data not stored in user_phone table?

MasterStudy LMS plugin doesn’t contain/create a user_phone table. All the data from LMS Forms Builder fields are stored in the wp_options table. Do you have problems with the LMS Forms Builder?

Yes small problem, LMS Forms Builder fields phone number not linked to WooCommerce data. so users need to again update same phone number in WooCommerce felids. and user account. if you can use same user_phone table LMS Forms Builder field, we can use Firebase OTP login with other plugin.
