Hello – I updated to the latest version and it crashed the website. I’ve rolled it back, but now the sidebar links to different product categories are super off on different pages. I’m mostly interested in knowing how to turn these sidebar links off either all together, or on certain pages.

Now, First of all, please disable all the cache plugins if you are using them after that navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Tools and then click on the buttons I marked with the arrow: https://postimg.cc/kRcVSJCj then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache. Thanks for the reply, but no that didn’t work.
Is there a way to just remove the panel completely from the affected pages? I have never liked how they looked on mobile anyways but haven’t been able to find the solution to remove them with your literature.
And my saved password/login for the support forum is not working nor is it sending out recovering emails (yet it’s literally saved meaning that I have used it before).

1. Both plugins are included in the theme package but not the pro versions as those plugins are already purchased by the PThemes and modified as well with our theme, so If you want to use the Pro version of the plugin you have to purchase it separately as this is with all the themes on ThemeForest, this is Envato policy, and you may wish to confirm from them as well.
2. We have not tested that particular plugin with our theme officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you on it, but yeah most of our customers are using this plugin with our theme and they never report any issues about it.
3. Yes Google Map element is available in our theme. You can check the styles here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/maps/

1. Filters only work on the Shop/Category archive pages, If you want to add the filters in the sidebar on the single product page then you have to try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/

Hi there. Do you know of a simple element in Porto where the text can appear, and then disappear and replaced with another line of text?
I ask as we are working on a website and they want it to say “Learning Together”... then that disappears and over the top it reveals “Loving Together”.
It may need custom code, but is there an Element that can do this with ease?

1. That is because that Ajax add to cart functionality is only for the Shop/Category archive pages not for the single product pages.
2. having issue with “Merge javascripts and stylesheets” when i enable this item in “Speed Optimize Wizard -> Advanced Optimize” it causes issue and stop displaying credit card input field on my checkout page.
I am using Woocommerce Payment plugin as payment gateway on my site. I have confirmed this by changing the theme to default twenty twenty two theme.
it’s confirmed that the issue only assure when I enable “Merge javascripts and stylesheets”, right after i disable this field and refresh the page it start showing input fields of Credit card number , expiry date and cvc

Thanks for your explanation and we really appreciate your debugging to find the main cause of the issue.
Actually, the issue is because that “Merge javascripts and stylesheets” option is conflicting with the plugin options or code, so in that case, we recommended not to use that theme option and try to use any third-party plugin which provides the functionality for “Merge javascripts and stylesheets” and will not conflict with that option.
