I can not activate the theme. I just bought this theme. I want to activate this theme and I am not allow to fill in the code – ” You are not allowed to access this page.”
I started fresh with Wordpress and with this theme. I even reset and re-installed the Wordpress website and deleted everything was was left before.
I asked my hosting company to help me and this was their answer: “I have checked some last things but can’t see anything that is not functioning properly. This problem is really within the theme itself or its activation. It is best to contact the creator of the theme about this, if they can indicate what exactly is wrong on the server, I will be happy to see if that can be adjusted.”
I have the latest Wordpress. Please help me. I have admin access.

Is it compatible with Amelia Booking System?

Where do i get the slider license code?

Thanks for writing in! Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hi, I am working for my client and he has theme version 2.4. Google font must be removed but this theme is built with Google font in mind. Does newer version of theme support option to remove Google Fonts loading remortly? I need local Google Fonts but can not even disable api

Curly theme does not have a specific option to disable the google fonts within our theme however this can be disabled by editing the theme files. You will need to remove all the functions which call the Google fonts. Also have in mind that certain bundled plugins such as Slider Revolution might load google fonts independently so also check this.

This error usually occurs if you missed updating the Core plugin.

I am unable to make any updates to my website with elementor without an error. The theme and all plugins have been updated. I also disabled plugins to see if their is an issue and nothing. This is what i get in my email from wordpress…..Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

Why am i getting this error when i try to update my homepage? There has been a critical error on this website. The other pages i am able to edit but if i select edit with elementor i get this message.

I think a just make a mistake… I not buy other theme because has less purchases that this, even when they reply me very kindly and say they have 30 days money back. I buy Curly and I regret it immediately! I has buy 50+ license for 15+ themes here and NEVER has this kind of issues installing a theme. My server has all the requirements but I can pass 64% of demo the installation. I have lost FIVE hours and there’s no way to finish the process.
I have to show a preview of the store that Im building tomorrow but theres no way I can do it now. I lost all this time for nothing. The worst experiences I ever have in 6 years using ThemeForest
