We didn’t detect any restrictions with the latest version of the theme in our testing environment. Make sure that you have updated pre-packed plugins as well under the appearance > install plugins section. In addition, we highly recommend you check by deactivating all of your site’s extra and third-party plugins

I purchased the MasterStudy Theme and love it. However when I installed the WP Video Streamer Plugin it conflicts with the MasterStudy theme & Pro plugin. MasteryLabs makes the plugin and it works well. But not with MasterStudy. Just wanted to let you all know.

Since this latest update I can’t seem to update the WPBakery Page Builder plug-in to version 6.10.0, when I run the update from the plug-in section of the Master Study Dashboard it looks like it’s trying to update but nothing happens and the screen reloads and the version is still 6.9.0. And it’s still showing the update needed alert in the System Status section.

The latest version of the plugin is 6.9.0. You can check it from here > https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/preface/release-notes/. Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restrictions. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

After the latest update, primarily two things are not working. Please check koibhi.com – I am using the default classic theme: 1. Clicking on Sign Up takes to a blank post page. 2. Clicking on “Click Here to Start” from the main banner also takes to the blank page.

In the LMS, there are four basic payment methods by default. So, if you want to use another payment method you can simply activate the Woocommerce checkout (LMS settings > general > enable Woocommerce checkout), there won’t be any restrictions with the theme if your wanted payment method supports the Woocommerce plugin. Latest update has de-registered the activation through the envato app and every time we try to activate it we get the error code:
Activation alert: HTTP error occurred with status: 403 and no message from server.

1) Make sure that your server limits are according to the theme required limits (we recommend you to use PHP 7.4 version if you are using PHP 8 kindly decrease it to the 7.4 version) > https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/general/system-requirements. You can manage the server environment limits by contacting your hosting provider team directly.
2) Do you have any security plugins installed on your site or on your server end? You need to check the problem is with the external connections on your website. If the theme is not active yet, you need to check the curl as well from the server.

Hi. Great solution but i have a quick question before buying: We will have a quiz at the end of each module and cumulated percentage to assess whether a student passed or failed. If failed, user is able to retake. If failed on second attempt , pop up to appear to contact us. What is procedure in case of student failing systematically a quiz or assessment? Thank you

All available languages no matter new or old .po files of the plugin are located under the Loco translate > plugins, by selecting the needed plugin you will be able to manage all the .po files. If you have saved your custom translations in the custom directory, you won’t lose progress in the updates. You need to select a different directory for your custom .po files while using and creating .po files with the Loco Translate plugin. In order not to lose your custom changes in .po file. It is required to store the translation file in “../wp-content/languages/themes/” folder to keep translation during the theme updates. dear sir, my question is that, i want this option that my subscribed student can get 1 video or 2 video daily, student cant watch more than 1 or 2 videos if i dont allow to watch more than 1, for example if i sell any course for 30 days and i have total 30 videos in that course so i just want that 1 video per day user can watch, first day he/she can watch first video and second day can watch second video, hope you understand

Why is there no possibility to remove an existing domain that is attached to the account and then ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT if your support licence expires. You should offer an alternative way to get in touch with you to resolve minor problems. I was testing AWS and attached my licence to an instance, then deleted that instance and will never be able to access that webiste, file or database again and therefore cannot log in and deactivate my licence associated with that website.
I was unaware that it could not be deactivated from the support account, now I have it attached to a random IP that I cannot use 3.233.14.177 and need help just removing that IP that is attached to my account so I can install it properly on a proper domain.
