Hi. I am also still having problems with the updates – it breaks both of my sites. I have the child theme installed so please tell me what I need to do so the updates will work as I don`t want to try them every 2 days and roll back to previous versions. Yes, my support ended but still, please let me know how to fix this. Thanks!

Where to translate “Register Now!” in popup from Shop Demo 10? I’ve translate all stuff, even strings from wishlist by addinng new, but the button from popup window after click into account icon seems to not working with translate.

I’ve figured out. Need to edit Woocommerce template in Loco and there SYNC and add new string “Register Now!”, then translate it in language.

You really do have serious problems with your theme. Somehow it is locking me out every time I logout and cannot log back in. I went and deactivated a hiding admin Login plugin from cPanel and logged back into the admin’s WP backend. Then when I logged out, I no longer could login again, same problem I have experienced for the last 2 days!!!

This is beyond absurdity and insane to work with this theme. If it fails running basic features, I do not want to imagine any future updates. It seems that you guys have had issues with updates going back as far as 7 years back as posted in the comments section. I just wished I read the comments before buying. I do not want this theme and demand a refund for failing to work as advertised. I’m not the only one complaining about this poorly designed theme. Just issue me a refund and we can all part our separate ways. This is crazy, why would it take you guys so long to issue a refund for something that fails to work as advertised?

How can I display/open/show/expand all tabs in ‘resp-accordian’ for WooCommerce > Single Product Layout? e.g.) description, specifications, etc … only shows one at a time (resp-tab-active)

Actually, By default tabs appear in the “Horizontal” way as you can see here: https://postimg.cc/mPtw89KN but if you want to show one at a time (resp-tab-active) vertical way. You have to change the layout of the single product from the Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product >> Product Layout you will see the pre-build layouts choose the one in which the tabs layout is set just as you want “Vertical” then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 14/10/2022. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

We are using this theme and required one help from your side. Actually we need to EDIT the single product page sidebar and it seems that the block has been developed through template builder.

So, when we tried to EDIT the block named Woo Sidebar Banner, we can see source code only. There is no option for WP Bakery Page Builder Edit. Please check this: https://prnt.sc/ThYEkt-S5v81.

you keep packing this plugin wrong update after update. this time the porto-functionallity is 6.5.0 and ofcourse the zip is from 25. sep but wordpress insists there is an update available… which probably makes sense since the porto theme is 6.5.1.

Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code.

After that go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and delete the Porto Functionality plugin from there and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to Install the plugin from there.

This morning I wanted to give the theme a second chance, but now I cannot even login into the backend admin area. I do have a plugin to hide admin login, just so that you know where your other issues are coming from. I have used this same plugin on all my client’s websites and therefore it is not the real issue. Something is definitely wrong with this theme having conflicts with some plugins. I searched in the comments and it is obvious some people were having issues. I just wished I read before buying. At this stage, I just want a refund and to forget about it. I cannot continue wasting my time on a daily basis like this. Sorry but this is not acceptable for me. I tried my best in good faith but that is not working. Waiting to hear from you soon.

I am no longer interested in the theme. I am asking for a refund. I cannot keep on wasting time trying to resolve issues as they pop out every now and then. I have to meet deadlines for my clients too. Plus I had made a ticket earlier and I was able to resolve the issue by myself and closed the ticket for you before anybody responded back to me. So I can no longer take any more risks. I know you have made a ton of sales, but obviously you do have some issues lately and I cannot and will not be part of a tests until those issues are resolved. Thanks but no thanks. So please just refund me and let us all part amicably here.

1 single license is used for 1 single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on ThemeForest and you may wish to confirm from Envato as well.

If you want to use the theme on the main and subdomain then you have to purchase 2 separate licenses for it.

I just installed the latest porto wp theme visual composer demo and i cannot edit any pages. Gutenberg or classic edit functions do not work. How do you edit theme pages from a visual composer demo.

Firstly, we are really Sorry for all the inconvenience, Regarding the Visual Composer plugin, the thing is actually after every Update of this Plugin, a compatibility issue arises with almost every Theme that’s why all the major Themes are discontinuing this Plugin and are moving to future-best Plugin (i.e. Elementor and WPBakery). We are also doing the same so that your Site doesn’t get distorted every time when the VC plugin update arises. That’s why we have removed the Plugin compatibility with the Theme and soon enough we will also remove the VC plugin from the Theme package and it will no more be supported too. So, we would kindly like to apologize to you first that you will have to go through this process but it would be a humble request to you that please move to Elementor or WPBakery page builder Plugin and import any of the Demo of your choice with these Page Builder plugins on a fresh new WP install so that you can avoid hassle-free environment in terms of Site Development.

Ok I would remove that option asap. It was the first-time using VC. I always pick WPBakery but I picked VC by accident and thought the client has never used VC before. Then when I attempted an edit, it did not work.

Love the new header builder and the footer builder should work the same. The header builder is fire! Thanks for the response. Badd

Yes you can, you have to create the Custom Header using Porto Template Builder and then set the different columns for Mobile and Desktop version as per your requirements.

You can set the single logo in row and then hide that row for mobile using page builder setting and then you can use another Custom HTML code to show the second logo on mobile.

Hi, I am struggling to find any information on using the proto button shortcode. I have used the code [vc_btn title=”Primary” style=”outline” shape=”round” skin=”primary” btn_arrow=”yes”] is there a way to make it so that all my buttons would be the same size. Can I add something to this shortcode to make it a specific custom size? Thanks, H
