Actually, we have added the layout for the single service page using the template builder of our theme, you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Single >> and edit the single service: https://postimg.cc/NKnzQbPT and you will be able to edit that section: https://postimg.cc/NK0PmZrZ now it is applied on all of the services because that template has been assigned to all of the services using the condition: https://postimg.cc/0zb1PzZ6 so you have to assign it to the single service and then create more different layouts and assign to every single service as per your requirements.

I am sorry but migration is not covered in the theme support policy, and there are hundreds of methods for migrating the site and many of them works fine and many of them creates different issues. so you have to check your method again, OR try to migrate the site using the duplicator WordPress plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Hi! I submitted a support ticket afternoon and so far I haven’t received a single answer and in the meantime my website is completely down so I will try and post it over here to see if I’m luckier
Although I bought Porto theme (with WooCommerce plugging) back in 2020, I haven’t installed it until now.
Everything is pretty straight-forward so far and running as expected. Yesterday I was even very close to go live with the website when I was doing some final tests and out of nowhere I got an issue with the “add to cart” (the small bag at the top corner) button on both homepage and shop page as it started spinning and the website got totally blocked until I refreshed the browser manually. Please note that the issue wasn’t happening on the product page itself.
I read a few articles about the issue and apparently is quite common. I followed some sugestions (exclude some pages from being cached; de-activate all pluggins, then get them back one by one testing in between; go back to Wordpress default theme; re-install WooCommerce plugging entirely; try on different browsers) and nothing seems to work
Today, after getting a bit frustrated I decided to delete the whole and start again from scratch. I have just added a few products so I am able to play with them and the issue, although it wasn´t happening at the very beginning, finished showing up once again.
The theme hasn’t been customised at all, but the standard parameters available through Porto Theme Functionality.
I really need a little bit of help in here as I’ve spent tons of hours trying to get the page live and I always get the same error at some point before going live.

Porto Google Map widget is no longer working with Elementor.
Inside the editor, the map appears just fine. But in the actual page, it shows as empty.
We changed nothing in the page and it was working before. Probably one of the latest updates caused the issue but we are not sure which.
Any code edits to quickly fix this until there is an official update?

1. I love this theme, but i just feel there is a lot of broken areas. I made some edits to the Header using elementor. I am trying to make other edits to the header and now its not giving me the option to use elementor to edit the Header. How do I get back that option?
2. This theme is pissing me off. I am trying to import elements from the porto studio but when i click import for some of the elements I want, it just keeps loading forever. This needs to be fixed!!! 1. If you used the Custom Header Builder under Template Builder then please make sure that you have turned ON the Elementor editor for the template builder from Elementor >> Settings: https://postimg.cc/bSR62tk5

I deactivated the license and reactivated it again, but the problem was not resolved, I opened a case, but they told me the same thing and still put it as a solved case, and I didn’t even give the answer

I am sorry but I do not have the exact timeframe for it, and I do not gives you the guarantee about that features, it depends on the development department, I already forwerded it to them and it is upto them now, for you I again forwerded this as reminder. Further it is possible with Customization.

Sorry that is not an answer. How do I mark items as featured? I already have the element on my home page, there are no settings to add a featured product in the settings. Why didnt you just use the featured product that comes with woo
I think I might ask for a refund, this theme just doesn’t integrate properly with woo commerce

Hi! Im trying to use one of your demos. The header is bugging. Header is showing correct in live option panel (https://ibb.co/Cw4KtXS) when editing the site but when i go live (https://ibb.co/Kxkp7ML) everything looks horrible. I have tried cache plugins and disabling plugins but nothing is helping. Site is now on maintenance mode but i dont think it can cause this problem. I have approx 5-6 licenses of porto theme and this is first time happening.
