We are Sorry for the inconvenience but we have tested this on our Test Site & found out that this issue related to Outdated Template Copies exists on our Test Site too. This has happened because of the recent major update released by the WooCommerce. We thank you for notifying this to us and apologize for the inconvenience at this point of time and are forwarding this to the development department to further look into this & they will soon release a Theme Update to rectify that. Till then please be more patient and wait for the next Theme Update.

Sorry to say but under the Theme for the Variable Products, it shows the Price Range above where you just marked, and when you select an individual Variant, it shows the individual Price below. This is how the default functionality for the Variable Products works under the Theme.
Sorry to say but there isn’t any option available under the Theme Options to change that. It requires Extra Customization and unfortunately, this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

So, it seems that there is some specific issue at the Elementor Pro on your Site. Try contacting the Pro plugin Support in this regard because it is a premium third party Plugin so we don’t provide Support for that according to Envato Policy.

Sorry to say but we haven’t officially tested the PHP 8 version until now. The Development Team is working on it to make it fully compatible with the PHP 8 version to wipe out any sort of issues but it is not officially released or announced.
But many of the Customers are using it without any issues and some are having a little bit issue. So, if it is mandatory for you then you can update it. Hopefully, you won’t face any issues with that.

We are plugin developers and we’ve noticed an issue with the Riode theme where the + – buttons do not follow the “Step” (quantity step) parameter of the input.
Are you aware of this? is there any workaround we can use in our plugin for compatibility?
I am not sure how your script for the buttons increases / decreases quantity. It would work if you used the stepUp() stepDown() function to increase / decrease quantity, for example input0.stepUp(1);

Please go to Dashboard > Products > Attributes > Edit Attribute > Edit default language term > Use language switcher in the top bar or click on pencil under Translation section, to switch to another language term > Edit and add correct color value, and then save.

Sorry to say but unfortunately right now, it doesn’t change the Product Image when the specific Variant is selected for the Shop page.
Although, it correctly works on the Single Product page.
We are forwarding this to our development department for consideration to add it in the Theme, but we are not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a Theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may cause Theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own Customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the Theme environment then surely they will look through it. Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us.

hi guys I want to inform the problems I got here and the solution related to other plugins compatibility.
1 – The plugin Super Page Cache for Cloudflare : problem with login redirect not work
2 – plugin Perfmatter : problem the option cart fragment enable makes do not update the quantity of itens to the cart after we add to the cart any product.
3 – plugin perfmatter: problem with Preloading option Enable Instant Page. its also cause problem with login redirect.

These are all third-party Plugins that are currently not listed on the Item Page. So, there might be compatibility issues with the Theme regarding these. Also, for the third-party Plugin issues, you need to contact the respective Plugin Support according to Envato policy because it isn’t included in the Item Support.
So, it would be better you contact the respective Plugin Support regarding their conflicts or avoid using them.

Although, we haven’t tested out the PHP 8 officially with the Theme so we can’t say much about that unfortunately. Many of the Riode Customers are still using it and it haven’t caused any issue. So, you can test it out too on your own if you want. Hopefully, it will work out for you.
If you are having trouble using PHP 8 version then you don’t worry you can still continue using PHP 7.4 version which is currently working fine.
The Development Team is working on the PHP 8 version compatibility as a whole, hopefully in the coming future they will fully make it compatible with the Theme.
