In admin dashboard->products->select welcome free product and edit it. In this you can see the option for product data->there is option for “advanced—>Number of downloads” this you can set the limit for free downloads for the users.

I dont get how my website just broke after the update. Search bar no longer works, I am missing listings. Hi there, May I asking about the setting on buyer download after paid ? Bcoz I found that there is not download or automatic download for customer right after they paid. The order already Completed but its empty on download Its only showing
In the order detail still cannot find the download button, its showing

The download files will be saved on the user system only. Like zip file saved on user system “downloads”. Download files should be shown on user dashboard downloads.

1. While I am going to download, only the Welcome Free plan is showing. But I have added golder and silver plan that they are not showing.
2. Befor gold plan was showing (now not showing all plans as before, don’t know why facing this error). After clicking the purchase plan- it is directed to the home page instead of the cart page.
3. While opening any image, click download, but image coming in front of download plans, so that customers can’t read the download plans properly.

Hey, checkout and footer is working perfectly.
While signed out, I can select any plan from download image area and it took me to signed in. But while signed in, the download plan selection doesn’t work, free download doesn’t start, and the premium plan are also not clickable, before it took to checkout page but now I couldn’t select the premium plan. I have emailed you 2 videos explaining the error. Pls have a look on that. Thanks

Have you been having many issues with the last update? I was late to update and I have updated 2 days ago and have a bunch of appearance issues on the mobile version.
1. White gap on the right side of the screen (mobile)
2. The text on the search bar is stuck on the search box (mobile)
3. The Automatic Mansory for Listings (homepage – Elementor) doesn’t have any gap between photos (desktop) and they are all square (mobile)?
4. Logo appears oversized (mobile).
5. Weird gray gaps on Collections Thumbs (mobile)
Why am I having all these issues after updating???
6. Also when I press Download all plans and products have disappeared! Website totally unusable…. No customer can download anything…

You can edit your front page using elementor.
For the logo you have to goto->listing types->settings->theme settings->header. In header section you can add your custom logo.
You can edit the listing view in front page edit with elementor there you can select the section and assign the display view as you want and for column gap use this class ”.ulz-listing-cover” and assign the padding in that section advance—>custom css.

Hello, I don’t know how to create that, your previews and demo shows the commercial page and it doesn’t not say anything that’s its not included. The documentation aslo has no information about how to do this and I don’t know how to do this. Your change log 1.0.0.6 says New demo — commercial. You have my email and admin credentials can you please either send me the page and css and I’ll upload it or have someone implement it. Also please clearly say in your document description about this because it’s not fair to people that don’t have the knowledge to do this on their own. Thank you

The downloading will not start automatically it can be done manually after puchasing. User can see the order details after purchasing and there user can download the attach file of product.

It would be nice if the uploader can set a custom URL for the download assets instead of using an upload option only. that way I can use services like bunnynet to upload large files and save on space and performance.
