I have been experiencing an issue with my theme since the beginning of this year. After the latest Elementor updates, it is showing a compatibility error with the Bdevs Element plugin, causing a critical error on the site and making it inaccessible. I noticed that the latest available update is 1.3.8, but it does not fix this compatibility issue. Is there any solution for this problem?

I’m having problems with my purchase code. My initial problem was that I don’t have or can’t find where to enter my theme purchase code. When I tried to raise a ticket for that, the ticket system is not recognizing my purchase code, so it’s not letting me create the ticket. I’m not sure where to go from here. For our use case Course are Online Self Learning but can also consists of a physical Course day on a fixed location + time (=EVENT). Hi, Right time we have one time payment method which are default option. But if you want monthly basis payment then need customize the payment option. as like subscription bundle you need. Thanks.

I am saying this is a bug that you need check and to fix it, in upcoming release. in theme Make sure images are loading from our domains instead of loading from your domain, otherwise if you make any changes in your website our website is getting incorrect image path error. I am asking for this image path changes for all of the customers who bought theme.
Alert ::::::::: for others until they make this changes i prefer not to purchase theme, wheneever they make any changes in there actual theme website we will be getting the image errors since most of the background images are loading from there website not from our website.

Sir, When you import demo data then will be remove the link. But as you import demo data then remove the link where the link comes from with elementor. Issue will be solved. Thanks.

This is where you have added files “wp/educal/” this section is extra and there is no option to change the URL in elementor for these images.
We cant import demo data again it is running site it will brake everything again.
