I’m having problems with my purchase code. My initial problem was that I don’t have or can’t find where to enter my theme purchase code. When I tried to raise a ticket for that, the ticket system is not recognizing my purchase code, so it’s not letting me create the ticket. I’m not sure where to go from here. Please help me with next steps.

Thank you! Do you also have a demo with Events + Courses able to purchase? I don’t see the option to purchase an event + courses at the same time. For our use case Course are Online Self Learning but can also consists of a physical Course day on a fixed location + time (=EVENT). Where can I test how the purchasing flow goes and how this reflect in myPROFILE view? Thank you

Actually, my client wants me to add a course to the website with an option to buy courses using a one-time or monthly payment, Users can buy using the one-time fee for lifetime access or they can pay monthly. need both options on the course page

Hi, Right time we have one time payment method which are default option. But if you want monthly basis payment then need customize the payment option. as like subscription bundle you need. Thanks.

I am saying this is a bug that you need check and to fix it, in upcoming release. in theme Make sure images are loading from our domains instead of loading from your domain, otherwise if you make any changes in your website our website is getting incorrect image path error. I am asking for this image path changes for all of the customers who bought theme.
Alert ::::::::: for others until they make this changes i prefer not to purchase theme, wheneever they make any changes in there actual theme website we will be getting the image errors since most of the background images are loading from there website not from our website.

Sir, When you import demo data then will be remove the link. But as you import demo data then remove the link where the link comes from with elementor. Issue will be solved. Thanks.

This is where you have added files “wp/educal/” this section is extra and there is no option to change the URL in elementor for these images.
We cant import demo data again it is running site it will brake everything again.

Hello, can you please help me? I have been thinking about just uninstalling this theme and requesting a refund because I am tired of dealing with the bugs that have been coming along with Envato themes lately. Envato is selling a lot of junk themes now smh and that’s ripping people off. There are too many bugs with your theme. There is too much CSS or javascript code that is making the theme blink the menu when it’s on a mobile. None of my students can access their course right now because of these issues I have been going through the last 4 days. My reviews are greyed out when using the widgets, but the crazy thing is they were there the first night so something is going on with your theme. The reviews were also showing up on the shop page the first night BUT they all disappeared the next day. When you add a course, no one can leave a review. The only ones that are there are just for the sample courses I didn’t add. I am about to not EVER buy another theme from Envato and just start dealing with Wp Ocean. I tried to get something done fast but that is no longer the

Hello is there a way to install your theme and upload demo content so I can use the pages I want WITHOUT deleting my existing content on my website? Some themes only allow demo content on new websites only and some have options to upload demo content without erasing the content already on a website. My website has been up for 4 years but I want to change the current theme.

Oh ok so once the student purchases a course, they will log in through the e-commerce login and have no issues. I wanted to make sure I cover everything before purchase so I won’t have issues.

From viewing buyers’ comments and comparing demos there are a lot of things not working, especially with the Archive Course page with Tutor LMS, there’s no sidebar on the archive page, tab errors, hyperlink errors with instructors as well as the category page and more. Having all the same problems with a client website that’s refuses to provide me their Envato login for support with no response to their tickets. May switch theme. If fixed promptly I might buy my own license to win over the development contract with the client
