I bought a license for a site and I’ve recently configure Facebook pixel. However it is giving me an error in 2% of events saying is due to health information issues. Facebook support says I need to talk with developer… The parameters that are sent are causing the problem. Can you help?

You need separate license for each website. One regular license for ThemeForest theme allows you to use it only for single website.

Twitter feed not working.
Twitter widget setup seems to be ok. But I’m getting:

Hi API keys data seem to be correct. According to twitter developer documentation you are using an old API method v1.1 and the new developer account need to apply to Elevated access.

Second Page Blog error 404
When I filter blog post by category, the second page always get error: “404. The page you requested was not found.”. If I enter blog without category filter, the pagination works.
I’ve tried permalink option with the same result. Also same error setting the Reading Setting on Post Page with my main Blog template, additionally when I set my main Blog template, the main blog template is not the selected one, it is other page with a different side bar and two columns. That is not in my sample blog pages.
I’ve have tried other explorer with private navigation, to check if it is something related with cache, with the same error result.

Please update your Support Forum with more functional search. Impossible to find something in your Suport Forum. Most of the times the search in your Suport Forum is unreachable with HTTP ERROR 500.
Reading Settings>Blog pages show at most “3” post. RESOLVE THE BUG.

Hi please can you advise how we can change the colors on our website? Our designer tried several options: - Went to appearance, customize, colors (here there is only the background color available and not an option to add more) - Went to appearance, theme options, colors and changed the HEX code of one of the color schemes – how come there is no option to add a new color scheme? - Also went to WPBakery Page Builder Settings and changed all the colors there but nothing seems to work Please advise. Do we need to get into the code in cpanel to medicenter style.css file and change it manually everywhere? Really hope not, it will take so much time. Thank you in advance for your help!

I do not recommend you buy this theme. I have issues installing its plugins and I still cannot install it. From all pages presented in demo only privacy policy is shown after installing. No content or widgets displayed. I submitted a support ticket and I didn’t get any response (even that they received it)

Hi, I have recently inherited a malware filled site with your theme, version 5.8. I am unfortunately unable to update to the latest version, so I am just wondering: has there ever been a security vulerability in your theme in version 5.8 which means I simply must update it, or is it fine to keep it running like this? I am fairly certain the problem lies elsewhere, but I wanted to check. Thank you.

Version 5.8 is from 2014, so there were many updates since then, also security ones. Even if probably malware filled site in some other way, not via theme itself, then it is recommended to update theme as well.
same issue with my site after last update of the theme, sidebar widgets no longer visible.please have a look and advise how we shall proceed (still in staging mode updated version of theme)

I think it´s an problem with your update for all users. I have 3 licences, 3 problems.
Sidebars are working correctly on our end, there were also no changes in sidebars functionality in v13.7, so it is hard to say what is wrong on your website. Our support team will need to check that to find a reason.
We have a report from another user about similar issue and we’re checking it now. We will send you an update once we will find out if there is something wrong with current version.
We’ve just released an update v13.8 which is fixing this issue, please download it. You can replace only ‘functions.php’ file. The issue was not present on our end because we have WooCommerce plugin activated and problem was appearing only when plugin is not used.

Hi there, I have an issue running contact form 7 on a website which uses the Medi Center Theme. After clicking the “send” button it stays stuck on the sending animation. There is no error message nor anything else giving me hints about the issue.
Unfortunately my license expired and I do not intend to renew it.
Is there anybody here who had the same problem and found a solution? Since I found comments by Quantic laps in here saying the theme is compatible with contact form 7 I’m quite shocked.

I am using a child theme and I have NOT installed the required Plugins: MediCenter Theme Departments, MediCenter Theme Doctors, MediCenter Theme Features, MediCenter Theme Galleries, MediCenter Theme Shortcodes, Theme Services, Theme Sidebars. That shouldn’t break it, though!

Hello. Two questions. I am using your theme as a one-page site with inline navigation. I need to have the menu links change to “active” when the visitor scrolls to that section of the page (ID of menu link). And I don’t see a way to register or update the theme in the future? Do you recommend using the Envato Market plugin for updates? Thanks.
