Can you resolve what error on this? I have used this theme since 2019-08-25 its all fine till This error started of elementor update currently my theme has totally lost its Appearence at all at the moment

With the latest version of the theme there shouldn’t be such kind of issue by default. Please make sure that your server limits are correct and check by deactivating child theme and extra third-party plugins as well. In addition, as for testing purposes we recommend you try to install the theme on your own localhost environment

There is no need to provide your credentials as this case comes only on your site. Have you checked server error logs and tested by installing on your own local host environment? I checked the theme on my end with the latest version of the theme, and it works without any restrictions. Note that the admin-ajax.php error notification core comes from the WordPress folders in general

Thank you for your reminder. I should inform you that, our ticket system works 24/7 and which means that you can create tickets at any time. All the created tickets will be checked and replied to you according to the ticket created special ID queue and assigned individually to our support managers. However, there will be delays as tickets will be in the checking stages on business days. The delay will be different due to the weekends and holidays in general. The maximum delay will vary depending on the factors that we have pointed out. Note that the delay could be variable as we are located in different time zones, so take it into consideration as well. We never had delay of 15-20 days

We have purchased this theme and it did not work as expected. After installation of files, the theme is overriding some of php files automatically and website stops working. When we reached the support team with ticket and after 1 week of exchange of messages, they concluded its server problem and not theme issue. But same server worked good for another theme which we got after this issue. We wasted money and time with this theme and support. We would need refund for this.

The admin-ajax.php function is the core function of the WordPress platform in general. We recommend you check your WordPress environment, as well as we recommend you check the server limits. The theme will work properly on a clean WordPress environment with the proper server limits as well. As for testing, we can recommend you check the theme by installing it on your own localhost as well

I posted a comment yesterday about your theme not working with PHP 8.0. I see it has been deleted. Can you please sort this out for me. I am asking on behalf of my client that has bought your product. I am trying to sort his website out. I need to know if your theme Factory works with php 8. Because when I change over to php 8 I get a white screen and cannot see the website at all. Layerslider is also giving problems. He is only using your theme and plugins. Please do not delete this message as I need an answer to this question and a work around as the service provider Xneelo is not supporting php 7.4 anymore as of 5 December 2022. He has version 1.6.3 of factory theme. and Layerslider version 6.5.7

The PHP compatibility task will take a long time to properly manage and update the core templates of the theme and external plugins that will perfectly work with the PHP 8+ versions. The theme will be updated in the future as soon as possible. However, we are not able to provide when the compatibility updates will be included at the moment.

Site corrupts while I deactivate the WooCommerce plugin. I see that you wrote “The WooCommerce plugin is required, so please keep the plugin active on your website” but I don’t understand the reason (I’ve never seen it before on any theme). It consumes memory, it takes up a lot of spaces. It loads may script and css rules, It increases site loading time etc. so why I have to keep this plugin enabled it? Isn’t there any way you to fix this error?
