2 sites I have had this happen now on different hosting servers, and never had an issue on all 8 sites with porto. I don’t need to renew as I will figure it out for now myself. I just asked the question that’s all. Thank you

Hi. I recently installed the theme. I am developing a store and I’m having some problems with the settings, for example I’m not able to change the size of the logo, nor the font and colours in the Themes Options. Could anybody help me? Thanks.

Let me try to explain it to you, when you save any changes from theme options, it rewrite those changes to the portostyles folder files which are responsible for the site CSS to work. So sometimes because of file permission issue, sometimes server cache issue, sometimes site cache plugins issues, sometimes because of any server restriction issues, sometimes third party plugin confliction issue, that could be any reason from the above ones, the files under portostyles folder does not update with the new changes from theme options, so that is why in that case, we recommended to delete that folder of porto-styles and then click on save changes button again from the theme options, so that it will create the same new folder with same files again at the same place but with new changes from the theme options.

You will find that folder under wp-content/uploads.
You have to go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code, after that go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugin from there, Otherwise please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.
I have to say that your latest updates since 6.4.1 did break the website’s design. If it weren’t for user DogByteDesign who explained how to solve it I would still remain at 6.4.1 : “copying the head.php from porto folder to our child theme folder, and then updated the Porto theme.”. All I have to say is that you need to make time to fix the theme issues when it breaks the website. If your updates will empty the head.php you need to look into it. Many people had this issue in your theme comments but you take no action. Please solve this. Thumbs up for DogByteDesign explaining the fix, and thumbs down for Porto Theme devs.

When I updated to 6,5.3 the head.php file was empty
. Check if you want.
After installing porto 6.5.3, and updating all plugins. when attempting to update WPBakery I get an ajax error and pages are not being displayed. I tried deleting the js-composer directory but received an ajax error when trying to reinstall from the porto dashboard. Is there anywhere I can download the current wpbakery plugin, or is the ajax error signs of a different issue?

Hello… I have 3 licensed copies for 3 sister companies. I just made all the updates to the websites for theme version 6.5.3, plugins and Wordpress 6.1 Still missing the update for the REV Slider. I went to try updating to PHP 8.0.25 and the websites do not work. I am on a Amazon PLESK server. Would like to get all websites onto the the 8.0 platform. Thanks

There is no option in the Theme Options to move the Category Description from top to bottom on the category page. But you can achieve it by following the steps listed below.
1. Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Template Builder >> Blocks and create a new block.
2. Add/Write the Description in the particular block as per your requirements.
3. Save the block and click on quick edit and copy the block slug name.
4. Go to Products >> Categories and edit the particular category.
5. After editing the particular category scroll below, you will find the Content Bottom option.
6. Paste the block slug name in the Content Bottom Option and save the change.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it is showing some of the WooCommerce template as outdated because WooCommerce releases it’s update and that is why some of the templates of the theme are outdated, Our development department is working on the theme update and soon hopefully within a couple of days you will find the updated version of the theme with solved these outdated template issue so until that please be patience.
