Despite Ozark being updated to version 1.5 on 15 March 2025 (which is 2 days ago as I write this) and all plugins update to latest version, this has broken my site, broke my drop-down menu, made portfolio images disappear in portfolio posts and gives critical errors. Be nice to get some support on this! Seems the developers can update the theme still but don’t offer any support. Developers if you are reading this please reach out to me.
As a follow up, GradaStudio the developer got back to me and assisted with the issue.
Hello, I am using the Ozark – Minimal Portfolio WordPress Theme for my website https://mavrakis.design. I would like to ask if there is a way to replace the static portfolio thumbnails on the homepage with either:
- A short video loop (2-3 seconds), and - An animated GIF.
This is a very important feature for my project, and I would greatly appreciate your guidance or suggestions on how to implement it. Thank you in advance for your time and support!

There are some issues with the customizer page. I cannot disable the woocommerce demo at the top of the page.

Images load (fadeInUp), then disappears. Think this has something to do with the Elementor updates. Can you please take a look and give us an update?

Hi there, Is there any chance that you will update this theme to be compatible with the latest versions of Elementor? In my case, the latest version that works is 3.5.x … and I know that they got to 3.11.y recently.
Hi, trying to speed up my website (https://wordys.co.uk). I have the ability to selectively load plugins by page / logged in / not logged in. Google Pagespeed has highlighted the Ozark plugin as quite a large resource. Does the Ozark plugin need to be loaded by front end visitors, or only backend admins using Customiser etc? Thanks.
Hallo! My website crashes whenever I try to change even the slightest thing in elementor and than I need to restore a back up from the server. I saw here some comments, that updating the theme’s version will help. Do I need to buy the theme again, or will just buying 6 months of support do the job – as I don’t have either at the moment? I see this list is dynamic from posts or products… Is it possible to change it to something static from specific pages: About, Projects, Contact us, etc.???
Hi, Is there anyone else having problems with the Ozark theme and PHP 8.1? I got a critical error and the only way to get it running again is to disable Revolution Slider and Visual composer add ons plugins. This is not a real solution of course. Best
It now seems to be a problem with the curly brackets in Ultimate Addons For Visual Composer plugin. Will the plugin be updated? Is there a workaround?
I still cannot activate revolution slider or Ultimate add-on plugin. Hi, I’m using “Fullscreen Slider” as my home page. Although responsive, the images are not properly adapted to the various mobile views and I can’t find, in Slider Revolution, a way to add images of correct size for desktop, mobile and tablet: If I change the photo in one view, it is replaced in all other views. Can you help me, please?
The Elementor widget panel doesn’t load in the latest upgrade (3.7.7). The loading icon just keeps spinning. This is preventing me from rearranging my portfolio pieces. I don’t think it’s a memory issue because my site health says it’s fine. What can I do?
Never mind. Just read the other replies and updated the Ozark core plugin. All is good.
