Hi ThemeGoods – we have bought several licences of your theme for clients. With the release of new domain endings such as city names we have noticed that the contact form of the theme does not permit the sending of emails with such a domain as an example “1234@example.berlin”. The contact form produces the error: “Please enter valid Email *“

Can we deactivate the Email validity check or update it somewhere? We cant find any settings in the theme.

The Link you provided leads to the general profile overview page. can you specify where you want the information send? The problem exists on all contact forms build with the grand restaurant theme.You can also check it on your demo site. Any email entered with the domain ending as such as .berlin produces this error and can be send.

Would be great to learn how to deactivate email validity check on your contact forms.

Thank you for this beautiful and always up to date theme. I have been using this theme since a year and I would love to give a suggestion to improve user experience. SInce you update the theme almost every month, its really very annoy for those like me who have translated the theme to other language. Isn’t there any way to that you can add an option in theme panel so we don’t have to manually copy paste or backup those pot files again and again. Please think about it. If i am not wrong than in past I have used a theme that had similar feature to translate the theme through their theme panel. Thank you

You can use the LocoTranslate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and it has an option to store translated po, mo files within the plugin’s specific folder so it won’t be replaced when you update the theme or plugin.

It’s related to server DNS setting. Could you please contact your webhosting provider to check server DNS setting and make sure it can connect to https://assets.themegoods.com/

I have a problem. When I add more products on cart, if I try to remove a single product after, the cart will broke and I need ro refresh the page to show the products again.

Please add 2-3 products from homepage then open the cart page and remove an intem to see the problem.

I bought a second license 1 year ago but unfortunately I never used for the domain Masdar.dolciecapricci.com but I did the activation, now I would like to deactivate for that domain to register in my new website for the restaurant, www.tavernadelmoro.ae. Hi, I have been using this theme since 2016 without any problem but after last update (with envato plugin as usual) widget section turn into a white screen and I have some issues, I can´t change top bar info for example.

I have done some test like turning off plugins but the issues persists. Only if I change theme, widget screen appears but does not correspond to what was active

I can’t view the contents. I saw the gear but that is very small. I found it after about 5 minuets. please remove it so I can see the page. thanks
