After the update, user/dealer profile no longer showing two columns of posted items (Subscription ads and paid on posting ads). Its just one column with the heading “inventory” can’t e have the previous style back
Hello,
Could you gently re-clarify in a bit more details? The Profile page should display by default as the following >>> http://joxi.ru/BA0gWY0h1neEV2 and http://joxi.ru/Rmz8VyxCvPoaQA
Cheers
Before update there were two tabs. one time included items posted with the subscription and another tab items posted on instant pay/free
At the moment I do not have a screenshot of the two tabs because I updated the theme. If you want to see this please roll back your theme to previous versions. Inventory on user/dealer profile had two columns for the listings; first column had instantly/free listing, second column had listings posted with subscription package. Now these columns can not be seen. You can not know listings paid during posting and subscription listings https://prnt.sc/YSMSquf4Q1Cc
Tabs for “Pay Per Listing” listing and “subscription” listings on user/dealer profile are no longer there after you updated the theme. Can we have these back?
I have problems with the login and register page in demo version “Rent a car”, I also saw that it didn’t work for you, can you solve this problem please, also WP Bakery is not updated in version 6.10.0
Hello,
The login/register will be fixed as soon as possible. Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update
Cheers
I see that in your demo it is solved as a problem, can you tell me how to solve it because this problem continues?
Hi,
You update again and again your theme. You must fix the problem with the links in the images when we use wp bakery. This is very crucial.
Hello,
The case that you have mentioned is still on our developers’ roadmap, as you can see this is not a quick way solution and it requires spending extra time to include proper solutions into the core plugins. Some fixes and improvements are taking more time than expected. Unfortunately, we can’t provide an exact release date. We hope the needed fix will be included ASAP. You can track the changes from the theme documentation > changelogs section > https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/motors-theme-documentation/changelog

daterangepicker. If you choose 1300 hrs it will appear as 0100. it don’t work as 24hrs system
Hi, hope you are fine after all these troubles with updating ! So we are back again concerning the issue with a-tag (custom_link) on single image in your olugin motors-wpbakery-widgets. Since update 5.2.0 – 23.5.2022 – this has not been fixed. The problem is that due to this issue, we can’t update and missed 13 updates from Motors and can’t update Wordpress core either. This is a SECURITY and performance PROBLEM ! Each time you say that this issue is on your list, we can understand that, but you should understand as well that this issue causes us enormous headaches ! This option using a photo with a custom link to another url, always existed in wp-bakery, still exists, because desactivating your plugin, the a-tag is working again. Please could you have a look at that and fix it. We are using this option many times on our homepage on 2 websites and depend on this option. In motors-wpbakery-widgets -> templates -> vc_single_image.php, line 152, case ‘custom_link’: // $stm_link is already defined. break; might be the problem. We tried several changes to fix it ourselves, but don’t find the solution. So please, this is very urgent now, for our dashboard with all these updates hanging looks like a mess ! If you can post the solution here, so we can fix it ourselves, that would be kind too. THanks for your understanding Kind regards.

Hello and thank you for your answer. Ok, but waiting more than 5 months for this fix means that it is really not important for you. Now, Woocommerce has 8 obselete files because not being able to update from motors 5.1.7 to 5.3.2. We think, it is very important because all the system depends on these updates. We really don’t understand why it is taking so long. Thank you anyway and nice day to you.

Hello,
My website broke and I got a critical error message.
The only way I could fix it was the below:
stm-post-type plugin was causing a critical error on the website and I had to deactivate it via SFTP.
This is a stylemix plugin correct?
Can I leave it deactivated, what is the purpose of this plugin?

Hi, i bought your theme twice because i want it to use it for my websites but i ended up buying and using listivo instead! What i don’t understand why aren’t you guys implementing what everyone is asking ? Registration for professional sellers and the bump up system so we can fully explore the monetization features! Your theme looks great but it misses the most important features so people can make money simple and easy!
Hello,
We didn’t advertise that we have such kind of feature in our theme. However, we are always looking for improving our themes. We recommend you write this kind of suggestion in our features request section of the Motors theme -> https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/motors-car-dealer-rental-classifieds. We will include additional features/options according to the popularity of the requests from our dear customers. Thank you in advance!
Cheers
Hi, i did not said that you advertised those options, i’m telling you what’s missing to make it a great theme so we can easily make money! I’ve already suggested those features a few months ago but i don’t think anyone is taking it in consideration because nothing was done about it! I’m telling you, your theme could compete with the biggest names like leboncoin.fr and others! People need to be able to make money from listing advertising and right now your theme is not at that level! Don’t take it personally, take it as a suggestion! Thanks
Hello, I have a question about car rental demos. Can we combine the two demos (Auto Rental and Auto Rental Two). I want to use the homepage from Auto Rental and the reservation system from Auto Rental Two.
Thank you in advanced!
Hello,
There is no such kind of option by default as different demo layouts use different structures and cores. Kindly note, that the comments section is here for the pre-sale questions by default. If you have questions about the theme default settings and options, kindly create a ticket on our support platform and our managers will kindly assist you
Cheers
Hello does this have Openstreetmap included? Since google charge for lookups most newer themes have moved away from google maps in place of free alternatives such as openstreetmap. If not any plans to add it as an alternative soon? Thanks
Hello,
There is no OpenStreet integration by default at the moment. We will try to include new additional options in future updates if we will have notifications from our dear customers. Let us know if there will be additional pre-sale questions, we will be glad to provide more details about our theme
Cheers
Hello,
Thank you for a great theme.
Unfortunately I just noticed now that it is buggy.
I only have enough cars listed for two pages but when I scroll down to the bottom of the page it shows navigation for 6 pages. When I click the the different number pages it shows nothing.
This is bug and I would appreciate it if you could look at it and fix it?
I cant submit a support ticket, expired. I really need this checked please?
Hello,
Could you please gently clarify what exactly demo layout you are using? You can check our live preview demo sites as well. In addition, we recommend you check the case by deactivating your child theme (if you have) and by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well.
Cheers
I have the same issue as others. Updated theme, but STM Post Type plugin is causing fatal error. I had to disable it to keep access to website, but now some things are broken. I also updated STMP Post Type plugin to 4.8.5, but still causes critical/fatal error when activated. Please help.

Hello friends, I have the doubt if car owners can register in your theme and put their cars for rent?
Airbnb type but cars…something similar, where the owner of the site can earn commissions for renting cars that people upload and for selling packages to publish?
So my support ended years ago, I recently updated the website and now I can’t install the STM Post Types plugin otherwise I get a critical website error. WHAT DO I DO?
