Almost exactly after one year the webpage stopped working properly. I am sure it is a coincidence, but after we updated to WP6.1 and updated theme and plugins, the PORTO theme encountered a fatal error so the webpage is non usable anymore. We are currently in a process of restoring the page but it was not the files but the database problem. It says it is compatible with new WP and plugins, but there are constant problems…

I am trying to use the Horizontal products filters 2, but i cant find where to set up what filters show. It is only showing the “default sorting” filter. where do i control this?

That doesn’t work for me. It just puts the normal filters into the horizontal bar and breaks them. Looks nothing like the demo horizontal filters? Please advise. The support forum isnt working currently so i cant post there

Hello I’m facing issue with the new updates recently, noticed that my front page were not being displayed properly or in the right place. On installing the previous version, my site was back to normal again, so proving that it is an issue with the latest version. Current version is 6.3.3 i thought with new updates it will resolve the issues but it hasnt.

Unfortunately no, we do not have any Mobile App ready for our theme but our theme is a fully responsive theme and will work properly on mobile as well.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as there is no such option for it, The pop-up only shows with a new session of the browser once you will close it, and this is the default functionality of it. Changes requires extra Customization.

Porto Recently Viewed Widget displays the products recently viewed by Members and Guests on a separate page. So you have to View the product first and then it will be shown in Porto Recently Viewed Widget when you will again check it. Hope it makes sense.

do i need to install two page builders like elementor and visual composer in one website? because when i installed only elementor, i do get an error notification in my dashboard that Porto vc is enabled but it needs visual composer to work. but when activating the theme, the setup wizard warns against installing two page builders.

We always recommended to use the single page builder on the single site at the single time, as if you will use multiple page builders then they will conflict and will cause unexpected issues.

And regarding the Porto VC Addons, so that plugin is only used with visual composer, If you are not using the Visual composer plugin on your site then no need to Install Porto VC Addons plugin as well, simply deactivate it.

hi! On the product page there is a possibility to display product meta datas, like SKU, Categories, Tags. Is it possible to change SKU displayed value to the variation description field?

We are evaluating porto for a client … imported a demo but there are several problems! When select a single product the following comes up: “Please create a product layout in Product Layouts/Add New. You need to select product layout in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product > Custom Product Layout.”. But there is not an option in porto options->wc->single product for Custom Product Layout! I remember that somewhere you had preformatted layouts? why not anymore? Also, we prefer elementor and we tried to use porto studio in order to import a single product layout, but again with no success! Do we need you help in order to define obvious options/functions/elements?

All of a sudden, may have happened with the latest update, something has broken the site, getting this error from the error logs:

PHP Warning: require_once(/home/**/public_html/wp-content/plugins/porto-functionality/builders/elements/type/init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/teresami/public_html/wp-content/themes/porto/inc/admin/theme_options.php on line 302

Checking the code and file structure, this file doesn’t exist, but looking at the code, it should only be including it if the Porto version is < 6.5, but we are on the latest?

It seems to be that you updated the theme to the latest version but did not updated the Porto Functionality plugin, so please update the plugin on your site too and it will solve your issue.

Otherwise please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and CPanel Login details too, so that we will check and fix it for you on your site.

After upgrade to last porto version the menus are like skeletons, even after import another demo with diff page builder and all the plugins disabled (except wc and porto)!

Is there a simple method to add a button to the cart page? We are using the type 2 cart page and the client is insisting on adding a “Continue Shopping” button to the page which will direct the user back to the Shop.

Appreciate your response: 1) We understand you have AJAX search and AJAX products filters are internal functions of your theme. kindly confirm 2) The Product filter seen at works at category page level pulls out category level attributes and shows them on left panel, correct? Its not hardcoded per say. 3) We are changing clients existing theme to that of yours. Thus, what happens to the existing website pages built using WP Bakery? Assuming all the existing pages and associated SEO effort remains as is. 4) Does import of your Demoe data overwrite Woocommerce settings and products? 1. Ajax Search is our internal theme function and Ajax Product Filter is coming from the pre-packaged plugin (Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter).

2. Product filters will work on Shop and Product Category pages and it’s not hardcoded.

3. Our theme will not harm your pre-built pages, if you use the WP Bakery page builder.

4. We always recommended to import the Demo on a fresh new WP, If you import the Demo on an already created site, it will override the existing content, and if you will un-check the override content then it will duplicate the content on the site, but we have the Porto Studio functionality as well, using this, you can import any page on your site as per your requirements: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/porto-studio/

In the mobile version, I can’t click on the contact form in the name, mobile phone, and select service part, I can only click on the send part. The page products-categories does not show categories. Is there anything wrong here? Or what I could do so show all categories? Is there a shortcode or something to solve this?

Just one little question, in the video you provided, you used a parent category number, but if there isn’t a parent-child used, is it possible to list all categories without adding them individually?
