I wasn’t asking about suitability. does your themes apply any styling to TEC. For example, TEC does not have a grid view for upcoming events but your demos do. On the flipside, can you identify the calendar(s) you are using in the demos?
I found this in the faq – “We also developed special page builder elements for The Events Calendar.” Do you have a demo for that? My site is built around TEC and looking to redesign it. My current one is also on wpbakery and is integrated with TEC. Your theme would be a good choice. Here is my current one. Notice the stylized upcoming events, etc. https://www.hikingwithdean.com/
Generally you can use TEC’s own styles and elements. Also we are preparing an event listing style for TEC, just like in the demo. Other than that, you use standard TEC elements and modules.

For the Google Map question, since we’ll be charged from google by using its api, we’d rather place a map link instead of Google Map widget. So, I’m curious if your location filter uses lat-long from Google Map or we can simply apply the city name to each event listing?
Our Google Maps widget works with Lat-Long attr. You need to use LAT-LNG.
