I recently discovered a major break in my website after your most recent update. I am unable to create a New Page. When trying to create a New Page I get an error saying “This editor has encountered an unexpected error”. It then gives me the options to “Attempt Recovery”, “Copy Post Text”, or “Copy Error”. Well, I worked with my Hosting Provider and we worked at deactivating all of the plugins one at a time to try and figure out which one was causing the issue, and we found that it was the XStore Core plugin. I then deactivated all other plugins to see if there was a conflict somewhere else, but there wasn’t so it seems that this issue is isolated to this plugin exclusively. I am using the latest version of your Theme and Core plugin. The XStore Corer version is Version 4.3.6. Please help

Appreciate your response: 1) We understand you have AJAX search and AJAX products filters are internal functions of your theme. kindly confirm 2) The Product filter seen at works at category page level pulls out category level attributes and shows them on left panel, correct? Its not hardcoded per say. 3) We are changing clients existing theme to that of yours. Thus, what happens to the existing website pages built using WP Bakery? Assuming all the existing pages and associated SEO effort remains as is. 4) Does import of your Demoe data overwrite Woocommerce settings and products? 1/ Yes, they are.
2/ Filters on category page work the same to Shop, which means they works will all products.
Our theme or WooCommerce plugin does not have filter by category widget. There is only Product categories list widget. You can add that to the Shop sidebar in Appearance > Widgets.
If you need filter by categories you need to look for the third-party filter plugin that has such filter widget.
You can submit your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/, and our dev team will analyze how many people need this also and if there is the possibility to do this.
3, 4/ Importing the demo does not delete any pages or products. However, it can overwrite your existing content, will be added demo products, pages, static blocks, and so on. You can create a staging site (full copy of the production site) and run the import there first for testing.
You can purchase our theme, test it within 3 days and if you are not satisfied we’ll be able to give you refund.

1. Yes you can create the business directory site using our theme and multivendor plugins.
You can add the listings on your site in form of the products and your vendors also using the Multivendor plugin.
Our theme is fully compaitable with the below listed plugins and you can use any one which better suits your requirements:
Compatible with multi-vendor Dokan plugin. Compatible with MultiVendorX – MultiVendor Marketplace plugin. Compatible with WC Vendors plugin. Compatible with WC Marketplace plugin. Compatible with WCFM Marketplace plugin.
Unfortunately we have not tested the directorist plugin officially till now with our theme, so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.
2. We don’t have any plans for Black Friday yet.

1. none of Elementor slider widgets work during use in mega menu (static blocks). i have tried Banner Carousel (XSTORE Widget), Image Carousel and Slides. they work in other parts of site like homepage or… but not in mega menu (static blocks.) the problem is Sliding doesnt happen actually. i had look on google chrome inspect and it seems like some codes related to sliding are removed. i have change Speed Optimizations options too like Static Blocks Cache or Disable Theme Swiper JS Library or… i changed them one by one but nothing happend.
2. i need access to Theme file editor which is normally appear in Appearance section in wordpress panel.
3. i need to have Menu location which your theme doesnt have, im using some plugins and those show me error like “This theme does not register any menu locations. You will need to create a new menu location to use the JetMenu on your site.”

Did you create a backup, before the update, as mentioned in our documentation?

I am facing some issues in our website, after the xstore plugin and theme were updated. The slider and some widgets were disappeared. I couldn’t use the pro widget from the woocommerce, such as the products categories. For the slider i need to register. why is this happened ???
The main page of our page is empty, because the used widget can’t be shown any more !!!
