As I can see in demo shop – in Product page I can add a video. But I want to know that how can I make this video autoplay? So that customer’s do not need to click to see this video. Please give me a solution of it.

Hi, I really like the theme. One question is say I publish 6.2.3 version and make changes etc. How to move all those changes etc to the new release say 6.4 ? I lost the changes when i just published 6.4 but is there any tweak that must be done before publishing the latest theme so that it imports the configurations from the last published theme?

I know my support expired, but I bought your theme in hopes of using it for several years and now I cannot get any helpwhatsoever, even with bugs on the site…

I have several very simple questions:

1. Current link on the banner on homepage is not working. I have it set up correctly, never had issues before, untill now. Can you please take a look and see why this doesn’t work? – this is clearly a bug on your side :/

2. I would like my pages to have more centered text. So basically I don’t want my pages to have text right close to the edges, but more centered. How do I do that?

3. I would like the banner on my homepage to be photo + text. I am trying to set up English page as well and I need to be able to translate the text on the banner. I would love to use your existing option for the banner (with button), but the text is set to the left, also the button and there is not way to navigate these elements… :/

On mobile it should be square image and 2 lines of text underneath.

Can you let me know which element should I use?

If you make changes in these 2 files, you only need to copy files. If you make changes in many files and you cannot remember, can you try to remember what custom works you have made to do again? If anything we can help you, we are happy to help

Just a question: I am updating from version 4.4 to 6.4. In the 4.4 version, when I am customizing the theme, there is field that allows me to type in my logo width in pixels so I can make my logo larger, and I’m not limited to the 200px slider. In the latest version 6.4, the custom width field that I previously could type my width in is not shown, only the slider that tops out at 200px wide. Is custom resizing of logo not available in the latest update??

If you would like to expand the width of the logo, we can help you.

According to our design, the main reason is that we limit 90 pixels for the width of the logo on Desktop so that it can show well on websites. Therefore, if you make your logo larger than 90 pixels, you will easily have a broken layout.

I’m looking to purchase this theme but i see a menu issue on the demos.

When you resize your browser down so that the hamburger shows (happens on all browsers edge/chrome/firefox) then no main navigation menu will show when you click the hamburger, only the currency and language show – on mobile it’s fine and shows the mobile menu as it should

no it doesn’t work on a page reload – check it on your own demo, refreshing the page doesn’t give the menu

Our theme is one license one domain.

If you purchase 1 license of Ella for your site, and in the future if you are still continue to use Ella for the second store, the third store… you will need to buy the corresponding licenses (each store will have each of different theme license. If you have 3 stores, you will need to purchase 3 Ella themes).

Hi, I wanted to find out whether:

1) the theme allows me to create unique meta fields for each product. For example, I have some products that are lingerie and some that are say adult toys. Naturally, lingerie will have different meta fields to adult toys. For example, lingerie would have meta fields such as fabric type and adult toys would have meta fields such as power supply (i.e. batteries);

2) Is it possible to create a filter to filter products by meta fields?

3) When will the lingerie theme be ready? Ideally, I would like to use it.

For the updating theme when theme release any updates, if you only use theme layouts, you can update and keep the same settings from the old theme source without doing again by copy theme file. But if you do custom codes for customization works, you will need to copy the codes you have done to the newest theme source.
