Hi, I’ve bought the license of the theme in order to get more updates but Plugins like Layer Slider or Slider Revolution still ask me for license to update them. I already read that those plugins should be included inside the license. What should I do? Thank you.

Hi, I have used the gem theme since 2018 on one of my sites and updated the theme every year without problems. Until to day.
Now it tells me to activate it and when i try to do so it tells me this: You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key and recommend to buy a new license. This is not thrue because this site is the only one i use with GEM theme.
I have also checked the licence with themeforest and it’s correct.
Also i have tryed to leave a support ticket for this, but can not do this because you tell me the same thing here, “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license”
I thought the license was for life time to use the theme, but can understand i can’t get some sort of support for life time, But the theme should be active with this license life time, Right?
So what do i do now? I can’t get any support for this? And just have to buy a new license? What are you really doing now?

Hi, it is correct, the license is for a lifetime and works always. It looks like you have multiple activations of the same license under different live websites and this is not allowed. Hi, thanks for the fast answer. I have sent a mail now. I’m starting to suspect that there i a possibility that the site can be hacked and that the purchase code have been stolen, because i do definitely have other sites with this code.

Hi, Since last theme updates somewhere between 5.5.0 to 5.6.1, the filters integrated in the Blog Extended Grid module with WPBakery builder seems not to work properly anymore. I updated from 5.4.1 to 5.6.1 lately and when I click to filter on a category, it displays all the category results like no filter was applied. I reverted to my last installed version of the theme (5.4.1) and the filters behavior got back to normal. Can you check it and consider a fix for the next update? Thank you

Hello – I have updated everything on the website. Unfortunately, the TheGem Theme Elements (for WPBakery) plugin triggers a fatal error. – “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare blog_grid_extended_more_callback() (previously declared in /home/xxx/public_html/dev/wp-content/themes/thegem/inc/blog-extended-grid.php:319) in /home/xxx/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements/inc/content.php on line 2851” Any suggestions? Your theme (TheGem (WPBakery)) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. You may need to update these files to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce

When I try to update the Theme to the latest version (current V5.2.1.1, trying to update to V5.6.1) I get an error saying that the them is not activated. However, the theme has been activated for a number of years now, since its very beginning, and even the Gem dashboard itself says that it is activated. My support period has ended so I cannot open a ticket, however this should be part of the functionality included in the original license, without having to pay extra for support. Kindly advise.
