It looks like an unclosed div tag is there in this campaign content part which needs to be closed to bring back the sidebar up. It is good in other campaigns of your website as well as at my end.

I am quite frustrated. I still cannot add new campaigns as the layout breaks since you’ve changed Charitable. I have been happily using your theme for many years but this update broke the way the campaign section works. Are you saying I need to re-purchase ? If I do so can you guarantee that someone will be able to get my website functioning again ?

Since Charitable is a third-party plugin which works with the BTG theme so we work on its compatibility. If there are any problems in the theme with a new version of the Charitable then we work on it without saying.
Re-purchasing theme isn’t required to open a ticket with us, you can simply renew your support from https://themeforest.net/downloads and open a new ticket. My support team would be happy to check your website and provide a resolution for the problem.

Hello In the Gallery Grid section, its psoble to start with one filter already activated. I mean, not start with the typical “Show All” I dont want to star with all in cascade, I want to star with the first filter working, and then the others. THX

You can use the category #ID in your page URL to show gallery posts of that respective category. For example this URL https://demo.imithemes.com/born-to-give/gallery-2-columns/#term-39 will show ‘Sliders’ category images on load.

I’ve checked the HTML in inspect and there is no content in the divs.

So I have no idea how to get hold of you guys. I’ve emailed you, tried to contact you through the forum, so now I am trying this. I bought your theme and now it is giving issues and those issues seem to have nothing to do with plugins, as I deactivate all the plugins and the issue still exists. I upload another theme and the issue is fixed. The issue is the the hamburger menu isn’t working. I’m happy to pay for more theme support, if this is user error. But why should I pay for theme support, if there is something broken in your theme, which seems to be the case www.supperfoundation.org

Campaign creator uses WordPress classic editor with ‘Add Media’ button which can be used to add images in between the content. There is a separate image field for the featured image.
