Hello! I’m having problems with the slider revolution. I use Wpbakery and I try to add the slider as an element in a column and it doesn’t show up on the web. If I use another Theme it works, the problem is with PORTO. What is the problem? I have everything updated. Thank you!

You can use the “Porto Product Category” and “Porto Product Categories” element and set them as per your requirements.
And for Brands, you can create brand as Product Attribute and then use “Porto Product Attribute” element and choose the brands in it and set it as per your requirements.

I don’t see the oportunity to set both requirements in porto product category. I need to filter both on brand atribute and category. So i only show a certain category from certain brand in a grid.

If you use the “Header Builder in Porto Template Builder” on your site, then you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Header and create your own header with page builder, and then use the “My Account” element, and turn ON the option “Show account dropdown”, by doing this, It will show the Icon of the My Account only when logged out, and when logged in, it will show the complete dropdown of the My Account page options including the Logout as well, This is how it works.

Hi, I have two problems with port theme site! the first is very urgent, the add to cart button has practically disappeared from all products! i don’t know how to fix it 2. when i update to the latest version of porto functionally it unpacks all the css and it becomes a text list!
I had to roll back to 6.3.1

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with Porto https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/plugins-compatibility/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details in the below-listed format and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that our experts will check and assist you accordingly.

the problem was Elementor, with that 3.8.1. I rolled back with 3.8.0 and it works perfectly! report this issue. for now I do not update and I keep this version. well I report Elementor 3.8.1 has problems with the latest update version 6.5.3 of port! in fact, the whole seat crashes! css problems for now I’m sticking with the old versions, until new updates.

Color for primary color, mouse over, menu, etc are not changing even after changing it everywhere. No cache plugin is being used. Also, I deleted the porto styles folder under uploads and resaved but colors are not changing. Using elementor import.

Problem with the Navigation Menu As you can see in porto demo: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/cleaning-services/service/cleaning-service/ , there is a menu on the left ( https://i.imgur.com/oYhy9pj.png ), I believe it is called “NAVIGATION MENU” and that menu has several services and each time someone click on one of those services the text on the right changes, the problem I’m having is that when I edit the text, the text is edited for all services, and I want to add a different text for each service, I already sent ticket to the support but the answers that I got it has nothing to do with my problem

Actually, that is because, in the cleaning services demo, we have created the Custom layout for the single service page, and you will find it under Porto >> Template Builder and when you edit it, you will see that the Custom Navigation Menu has been set for that sidebar you are talking about: https://postimg.cc/2VhZKP3w

Yes, you are right because by default with the demo there is a total of 6 services added and all these appear on the sidebar see image: https://postimg.cc/tZmyNFkv regarding the text the thing is on the single service page the dummy text is added with the static text widget so on all the services this text will appear.
