In the past we used Master Slider, now we just use Elementor and we rarely use Master Slider, although you still get Master Slider with the theme.

Yes. They are free. The Formidable Forms is the light version not pro, but it comes with advanced styling backed into the theme

https://themovation.ticksy.com/Hello, I have a problem sending email. I don’t receive administrator emails when I use a yahoo or hotmail email address. My clients do not receive the reservation validation emails when they use a yahoo or hotmail email.
I configured the SMTP it’s ok, it’s on port 465 I installed check mail + WP mail SMTP. When I do a test with eu with a yahoo or hotmail email address. I receive the test email on these addresses. So I think the problem comes from the theme and its function of sending mail after reservation.

Hello, I think I have found the possible bug that is causing the problem. When I unregister the theme, and it remains unregistered, at the bottom of the Bellevue > Theme setup > System status, max_execution_time appears correctly: 180 (recommended 180), but if I activate the registry, it automatically appears: max_execution_time: 0 (recommended 180) I’ll see if disabling the registry can make the problems disappear.
Please ensure that your Page Builder Widget Pack is updated as well. 2.2.1 is the latest.

However, I activate any other theme and the problems disappear. If I turn Bellevue back on immediately afterward, the website works fine, but it’s short-lived. After a short time it starts working again. I’ve switched to php 8.0 to see if it fixes anything, or makes it completely worse.
With php 8 there are no changes. Initially the website is seen correctly. Today, however, it again looks like it doesn’t load well. I can’t even get into the WordPress admin area. The message: Page Not Found. However, if I change the theme to something else, it instantly works again.

You can get support for a previously installed product. Personally I would purchase a second license and then you have two licenses and use the support for both.
