a new client of mine has a live site running an activated older impreza version (v4.5) and an older wordpress version incl. outdated PHP – wants to move to my services (and update PHP, theme and wordpress) for sure.
as it is not me who once activated / registered impreza under my account, I cannot apply directly for forum or tech support. any hints how I ideally update from such an old version to the actual one without destroying everything? or isn’t that possible at all?
