The print feature is working fine in our demos. I noticed the Cookie plugin/feature on your website causes this problem. The cookie manager plugin should remove the notice while printing.

Anyways, you can disable the Cookie Notice in the print mode by adding the following CSS code in the Additional CSS box (Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS).

Each property has its availability calendar separately. If you want to synchronize the calendar with services like Airbnb, you can synchronize it using the iCalendar feature that is part of RealHomes.

All our properties are managed using a channel manage so I guess we can put this chnnel manager availability url feed and then put the URL generated uing your theme in our channel manager. I that correct?. Also, if i have 5 properties listed for a single location I suppouse that when people search for a date it will offer those with availability.Correct?

The location of the properties doesn’t matter in the booking process. Regarding the availability calendar synchronization, the data should be in .ics format, a standard global calendar format.
