Hey i bought this theme with my work account. Only when i transfer the whole website from my old domain to the new own i keep getting old links when i click on the “My account” button. Now i did everything from updating settings, to updating permalinks and updating the theme+plugins to the newest. Is the theme hardwired some place where i should change the old links to new?
Or should i just add this to remove the old domain links?

Hi, I have sent you the request to speed up my theme even i have a good fast hosting, your team said i still have to change the hosting even other themes are working totally fine with the existing hosting, you theme is the worst in loading the pages I am already using wp-rocket pro as a cache plugin and bluehost fast hosting as a host still your theme is taking alot of time in first page load impression and I dnt think i have to change the hosting i think you guys have to improve something with the code or theme to make it fast, I am not the first one with this issue I have read some other comments facing the same issue please resolve it , my team already spent alot of hours in setting up this theme thanks

Hi, how are you doing? I am using your theme for my client’s website and they are very happy with the design and functionality but they are complaining about the website load speed, I personally checked their hosting and their hosting speed is very good, I also try wp rocket pro as a cache plugin but whenever a new customer opens up the website the theme takes a lot of time for the first load and then after cache storing it works fast but the pain is the first load. I don’t know what to do and why it is too slow to loading please guide me the way to fix that problem thanks

Hello, i use your theme for my new online shop. But there is error message when try to use filters. For Example when go to the shop page (https://megainstrumenti.com/shop/) and then sort product by biggest price (https://megainstrumenti.com/shop/?orderby=price-desc) everything is OK. But when after that try to choose different category from left filter menu its popup error message (“Something was wrong, please try later or contact site administrator”). What can be the problem?
