Hi. We have 2 licences for your theme. On one website we tried to update the theme to latest version 3.8 – from 3.5 – At which point the site breaks and WP Baakery does not work – Can you explain why we cannot update the theme successfully? We have followed your guidelines by the way to do the update. We now have a website which we cannot update! We feel we should not have to pay a support renewal cost simply to be able to complete a theme update. Thank You

We couldn’t reproduce any update issues on our end.
Which update method are you using? Are you updating with Envato Market plugin or via FTP method?
When updating theme and bundled plugins we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. As noted in the article it is a good practice to create a backup version of your website before updating the theme and we recommend updating via FTP.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to update “Select Core” plugin which will be listed there.
It is also important that your purchase code is registered. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

the checkout and basket are greyed out and not useable currently in my theme. Is there an update coming soon with new checkout updates? Thanks.

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

I bought this and installed on a site and the site was deactivated. Now it’s saying I have to provide code but it’s still on the old site….. I do I bypass this. We are constantly working on updating all of our themes. At the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
Current version of the theme is compatible with latest version of WordPress and you should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Hi, I did the all demo import and there was no choice to choose Home 1 – our website now looks like your website with all the demos etc. I want the actual Home 1 demo - https://89s.69a.myftpupload.com - how do I fix this?

Hi, I have the activation license for the Pitch template but when I enter the license I get the warning: This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.

We had registered theme on dummy domain to check the theme performance but deleted the website without deregistering. Now we want to activate the theme on main site domain but it wants us to deregister from previous one. The previous website was deleted and we cant deregister the theme.

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve installed plugins included with the theme. Once you install and activate Select Core plugin the “Pitch Dashboard” and “Select Options” should appear in the left menu. You should also make sure that your purchase code is registered in Pitch Dashboard (please see screenshot).

I’ve already submitted a ticket, I’ve had a reply and it doesn’t help me.
The article you’ve linked to doesn’t apply to this theme. There is no file upload import option. Without the export.select-themes.com domain and without a file upload option, the XML import cannot function!
It’s not an issue with your server (not the immediate issue anyway), the subdomain export.select-themes.com doesn’t exist at your DNS server, it’s not resolvable, there is no A record for this subdomain it’s been removed.

The file in question is slider.php located on this path wp-content\plugins\select-core\modules\post-types\slider\shortcodes\slider.php (please see screenshot).
